christmas stockton lighted boat parade Delta Reflections Lighted Boat Parade - Downtown Stockton

Event Type: Festivals & Fairs

Date: Saturday, December 3, 2011
Time: 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Location: Weber Point at the Downtown Waterfront

A favorite downtown tradition—the holiday lighted boat parade—returns for the 31st year!

Christmas lights adorn boats and yachts as they sail into the downtown Stockton Waterfront!  The lighted boat parade starts at 5pm around Buckley Cove (Near Light 39) and should be in Downtown Stockton by 6pm.  The parade will then return to Light 39.

Hosted by Marina West Yacht Club, admission to watch the parade is free of charge. Boats enter downtown and pass the Stockton Marina to Weber Point.  They turn around in McLeod lake (near the University Plaza Waterfront Hotel) and return to Buckley Cove.  The parade will once again be led by the spectacular Port of Stockton fireboat, Sunrise.  The Judede, skippered by Commodore Ken Dretzka and First Lady Judy Dretzka, will lead the officers of the Marina West Yacht Club followed by all other registered decorated boats.
