Edible Science: an adventure in Molecular Gastronomy at the World of Wonders Science Museum

Attention foodie's and science enthusiasts—the World of Wonders Science Museum announces their upcoming event mixing science and culinary arts! Well-known chefs from throughout the Valley will explore the chemical and physical transformations of edible ingredients while "WOW"ing your taste buds with the newest trend in cooking—molecular gastronomy! The evening will also feature an auction, raffle and fine local wines. Come and enjoy this unique experience in support of the World of Wonders Science Museum on Saturday, October 13th from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m., space is limited—call 209.368.0969 or come in to the museum to purchase your ticket. This is a 21 and older engagement. Cost is $45/person $80/couple. Small business and large corporation sponsorships are available.
