Come out and join Stockton Beautiful for a pruning at the Victory Park Rose Garden.  There will be special guests and a free bare root rose for the first hundred people who show up to prune---also, Thunder Hockey tickets will be given away as well. Come on out and have some fun with Stockton Beautiful! Bring shears and gloves if you have 'em!

Stockton Beautiful was established in 1993 by Gerry Dunlap and Charles Lester. They recognized a need for more civic pride in the city of Stockton. Learning that there were other cities (i.e. San Francisco Beautiful, etc.) involved with this interest, they investigated and organized a group of thirty prominent citizens to act as a Board of Stockton Beautiful. The thirty member Board directs and votes on all projects.

Stockton Beautiful also has a non-voting membership of concerned citizens and has grown to include 400 members consisting of an active Auxiliary of 40 and concerned persons.
