When inspiration strikes a composer, soundscapes of genius result.
Join Stockton Symphony Music Director Peter Jaffe as he highlights musical gems from Mozart, Elgar, Prokofiev, Stravinsky, Wagner and more. In giving insights and previews of the 2010-2011 season, titled "Pure Inspiration," Maestro Jaffe will incorporate musical examples into the hour's talk, playing scores at the piano.
Post-talk questions are welcome and have become an engaging portion of this Haggin tradition.
