TEDxSanJoaquin is themed “Just the Right Amount of Wrong,” highlighting innovative ideas, visionary leadership, and unique artists who challenge the status quo. TEDxSanJoaquin 2012 will feature speakers who offer a fresh perspective and address current issues within our community, nation, and the world. In the spirit and tradition of TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design), the second annual TEDxSanJoaquin—a one-day localized celebration of innovation and ideas—will take place at University of the Pacific on October 10, 2012 in the renowned Faye Spanos Concert Hall.

TEDxSanJoaquin celebrates those achievements with a view towards the significant challenges facing our nation as well as the world. By infusing the world renowned TED platform with the energy and spirit of brilliant Pacific students, alumni and staff, corporate and nonprofit community activists, and innovative leaders around the world, TEDxSanJoaquin will foster a continued generation of catalyzing ideas, bold innovation, sustainable solutions, and hope for the future
