The Oak Grove Nature Center presents “Astronomy in the Park” on Saturday, May 22nd from 7:00 – 10:00 pm, hosted by the Stockton Astronomical Society (SAS). Starting at 7:00 pm, join us inside the Nature Center for astronomy themed activities and crafts. SAS volunteers will provide telescopes for stargazing from 8:00 – 10:00 pm. Activities are free and open to people of all ages. Park entrance fee of $5 is required per vehicle. Stargazing will be cancelled if it is too cloudy, but inside activities will still be held.
