A: Unfortunately, there are currently no companies that offer cruises in Stockton.
Q: When is the water fountain on at Weber Point?
A: The City of Stockton controls the fountain. The City of Stockton website states that it is on 11:00am-8:00pm in the warm, Summer months. "The City reserves the right to turn off the fountain at any time, due to safety hazard, wind conditions, maintenance issues and non-compliance with rules and requirements."
Q: What is the status on the Stockton bankruptcy and how did it affect everyday life?
A: The City of Stockton officially exited bankruptcy on February 25, 2015. On June 28, 2012, the City of Stockton filed Chapter 9 Statement of Qualifications with the United States Bankruptcy Court. Most residents and visitors saw very little impact from the city's bankruptcy proceedings, and in fact bankruptcy helped bring a since of normalcy and stability to city services.
