Celebrate California Arbor Day at Victory Park!
Overview
Join Tree Stockton as we come together to care for Victory Park, strengthen our urban forest, and celebrate the importance of street trees in our neighborhoods. We’ll be restaking young trees, picking up litter around the park, and planting new trees to ensure Victory Park's canopy thrives for generations to come.
This is a great opportunity to learn how to properly plant and care for trees, watch a live demonstration by Jeff Gamboni, and connect with neighbors who share a passion for a greener community. Plus, enjoy coffee and donuts while you volunteer!

One lucky participant will take home a ginkgo tree in our street tree giveaway at the end of the event!
Bring gloves, a shovel, and closed toe shoes, we’ll provide all other materials. Mulch and pole pounders provided by Little Manila Rising’s Urban Forestry and cleaning supplies are provided by Caltrans' Clean California.
