Sound Escapes: Sympathetic Vibrations

February’s exhibit at the Mexican Heritage Center; Sound Escapes: Sympathetic Vibrations is a collection of art pieces that are inspired by music.

On display will be visual art, sound art and interactive instruments for the audience to enjoy. Stockton native Lino Alibani will exhibit his hand crafted instruments. 

In addition to the main contributing artist, there will be other artists contributing work. Robert Austin is a local artist who has contributed paintings of influential musicians on guitars and canvas.

Friday February 21st featuring a live performance that will incorporate the use of the unique instruments and take the audience on a Sound Escape.
