Shine Studios Stockton has a number of online yoga classes to choose from.

After a that great yoga session, we suggest another great morning ritual: COFFEE. Whether you've been typing away at the keyboard for a few hours, teaching unruly kids, or plowed through your favorite show online, it's an ideal time to take a few minutes away from technology. Stand up, move around, stretch it out. Better yet, open up your door, take a few steps outside and snap a photo of something from nature. A bug, leaf, or flower will do the trick. Take a moment to appreciate the small things and then take that smile into the rest of your day.
It's lunch time! Many of our local Stockton restaurants have altered their menus and hours to better serve their customers during these uncertain times. Many are offering take-out, curbside pickup, delivery options, and new outdoor dining, just for you. Spice up your lunch by picking up a hot dog over at Dad's Hot Dogs or scooping up a gyro plate from Go Falafel Greek Food.
