We are re-visiting the best moments from Stockton Restaurant Week 2016!
In the Visit Stockton office, Stockton Restaurant Week (SRW) has another name: "Gluttony Week." We indulge in all the offerings that SRW offers up and love the excuse to support the local dining scene. This year’s 10 day event wrapped up with 20 restaurants showcasing great menus and awesome dining experiences.
Here are some of the highlights from the 2016 SRW:
Chef Justin Good from Mile Wine Company was featured on FOX 40 dishing up perfectly cooked salmon and polenta that had all the news anchors dying for more.
If you missed out on Centrale Kitchen & Bar’s bread pudding, we are very sorry. This was a staff favorite!
The chefs from Midgley’s Public House, French 25, Lincoln Cellar, and Centrale Kitchen & Bar were all featured on the January cover of Port O Call magazine and interviewed about what makes SRW fun for their restaurants.
Cocoro Bistro delivered an amazing menu. This photo was taken by instagramer @lillian.eats
Owner Kevin of AVE on the Mile was visited by Good Day Sacramento to showcase his tableside Bananas Fosters dessert.
First time participant Papa Urb’s Grill and long time participant French 25 extended their specials throughout the month of January beyond SRW.
Stockton Restaurant Week isn’t possible without our great diners like YOU! So, although we are sad to see SRW go, get ready for The Great Asparagus Dine Out coming April 1-15! For two weeks, restaurants will be highlighting our famous spear with dishes ranging from appetizers, entrees, desserts and even drinks--all with a special flare: Asparagus!
