Stockton is now home to 85°C Bakery Cafe in Lincoln Center. Founder Mr. Cheng-Hsueh Wu wanted to create a bakery that had premium coffee, breads and cakes with prices that people could afford. The U.S. was home to it's first 85°C in 2008 in Irvine. The cafe is so popular there are over 1,000 locations worldwide.
The menu has an extensive array of breads from multigrain, puff pastries, sweet bread and danishes to toast. You can also order hot or cold coffees as well as slushes and smoothies. Come and try this culinary experience today!

Love all the pastries. Come in, grab a tray, take what you like, and make your way to the counter. Staff was friendly. Only bad thing is, not all items are always in stock depending on what time you come in.

Sweet tooth satisfied! The baked goods were stocked well and already in individual wrappers so I appreciated it! I enjoyed the variety to taste different kinds and cashier was very nice!! There's also a table and chair outside to enjoy the breeze and delicious treats.

Five stars for their chocolate chocolate chip cookie with nuts! I was craving a good chocolate chip cookie tonight! And I found it at 85°. Kind of chewy but a little bit crunchy around the edge. Perfect! The price is right at $1.35 each. They are a good size… As big as my hand and I have big hands! I considered going down the strip mall to Crumbl cookies but after I read the reviews that said lots of the cookies are still raw inside, not baked all the way through and close to five dollars each I decided to try another option and I found it with 85°! I will probably be a repeat customer and will gain five or 10 pounds eating these cookies, but what a way to go! You gotta try them. They also have the regular chocolate chip cookies. They have a lot of strange and different offerings in this bakery that I didn’t even recognize. So I’ll stick to the cookies! P/S Military? Don’t forget to ask for your discount!

11.20.19: came in for the new thai tea. It was very light as there seems to be a lot of milk. Very sweet as well. Also got the souffle cheesecake for $4 from the 85C app. First one opened in Stockton. No longer need to drive 45 minutes for some yummy bakery. Second day of grand opening, so our wait was about 30 minutes. Received a free tote at the door and a free mug after spending $20. Go to bakery item is the garlic cheese, marble taro bun and espresso bun. They have new batches of bakery come out often, so they're fresh. Love the marble taro smoothie. My new favorite is the 85° iced coffee. It has a strong bitter taste with a hint of sweetness that I like. The caramel coffee smoothie was good as well. The cakes look so pretty and delicious, so that's something I'm definitely going to try. Signed up for the 85° rewards to build up degree points. Staff was friendly and there was a long wait for drinks, but they made sure we knew that our order was in the process and thanked us for our patience.

This bakery is fun! They always have something different when you go in. I've never gotten something I didn't like. That being said, two reasons for only 3 stars: many times, several of the breads do not have their tags, so its kind of a guessing game of what to select. Secondly, I've encountered several times that the staff is too busy chatting to help people in line. Customers will just be standing in line several minutes while multiple people are talking behind the counter until finally only one person will start taking customers. I'm down for employee chat time during down time, and I would be less annoyed if this only happened one time.

The baked goods are yummy and range from sweet to savory and also includes cakes and bread. The bread loaves are yummy when toasted and buttered. I personally like the potato coroquette. The coffee and espresso drinks seems a little overpriced, but it's about what you pay at starbucks or peets. If they had a nicer outdoor area to sit and enjoy the morning or afternoon, this place would be a slam dunk.

Giving 4 stars as they aren't as well stocked as the Sacramento and bay area branches. I noticed their chocolate croissants got smaller. Otherwise pastries and drinks are really good. So are the desserts and cakes. Wide variety, pastries are mild to.moderately sweet. If you buy a tray full of pastries, expect to spend an average of 30 per tray. I figured that out after numerous visits. Also sign up online for rewards.

Great place, if you love good bread, good drinks, good cake and great customer service. No they don't have donuts here and certain other that you would find traditional in other bakeries but they do come with great variety of breads and drinks. Always nice and clean on the inside.

Too cool. Never been there before. Right next to Cold Stone. It's got too many great deserts, snacks, and breads. This place will make you not get desert at a restaurant and just come here to eat. So many deserts and cupcakes to pick from, also. Breakfast snacks and evening ones. My grandkids just love this place. Even got gift cards from here for Christmas presents. See you there

Stopped at 85° and Stockton on suggestion of a friend. I got the blueberry muffins, blueberry cheesecake, and a almond pastry. They have a wide selection of bread, pastries and decadent cakes are made fresh daily. The quality of their bakery is outstanding, and I would know. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the Stockton area.

My husband ordered a drink with boba in it for the first time and when he returned to the car, there was no boba in it. He went back inside to get it remade and the girl got angry and threw the incorrect drink angrily away, like it was somehow his fault that she made the drink incorrectly. You shouldn’t make the customer feel guilty for going back in and getting what he paid for. There are so many people right now without a job, I don’t understand why this person is in such a bad mood and treats customers this way. Perhaps some customer service training would benefit this girl. Delicious pastries though!

Great location on the other side of the Lincoln Center. I would call it a new bakery experience with a twist. Most items are okay. Cookies are pretty good, selection varies. My favorite is the Nut Brownie and regular chocolate chip cookies. My wife loves the Mango creme pudding cup and my daughter is all about the Boba drinks and smoothies. We come here twice a month from Manteca so all good IMO!

Not too long of a wait, the place is packed but quick in service! I love this bakery, it is clean and the people are nice. I usually get strawberry smoothies but wanted to try the "Boba milk tea", it has a bitter-like coffee taste (I think it has thai tea in it), sure a lot of people would like it but it's not meant for me. Would recommend coming here over any other bakery though!

Picked up a Deluxe Strawberry Cake for a birthday luncheon. Everyone enjoyed it! Not too sweet, yet moist with a light whipped cream topping. The employees exhibit great customer service too.
