I've stayed at this hotel on a few occasions, overall positive experiences each time. Front desk staff are always polite and professional. Rooms are generally good. Decent size rooms for the price range. Pretty good placement of power outlets for electronics. I deducted a couple of stars because the elevator was down this trip. I do service work and had to carry my tool bag to the upper floors after an 11-hour day. Usually not an issue but some days it can be tiring. The other reason for star removal is I believe the cleaning crew missed the ice bucket in the cabinet after the previous occupant. No plastic bag for the ice and the glasses were missing on the tray. One final note is I did fine the room a/c unit to be on the noisy side, but during the summer months I'll happily take a loud a/c over having a hot room.
Daytrip to stockton. I checked in at 11ish pm. Troy was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and I couldnt nitpick on anything. The parking was a bit tough. I had to move my car 2-3x as people left, to get a better spot. The lobby is great for morning meet ups. I checked out the next morning and it was a breeze. No complaints.
Paired with friendly staff members and newly renovated rooms, its nice to see the hotel is receiving a modern face-lift on the exterior. Location is great, its in a peaceful business park / neighborhood with lots of dining options.
The staff was absolutely amazing from check in to check out. All smiles, Nice and helpful, Tom went the extra mile to help us find our dinner DoorDash delivery that got delivered to the wrong place and brought it up to our room for us. The rooms were decent for the price. Their breakfast burrito was delicious as well.
