This is a GREAT alternative to Thunder Valley Casino. We stayed here for the Keyshia Cole concert. It was less than a 10 minute uber ride away. Seamless chec-in and out! Clean big rooms... we will back!!
Nice location, newer facility, loved the coffee machines in lobby!!! Will certainly stay again if in area....
Overall it lives up to holiday inn standards, but what stands out the most is this incredibly sharp front desk attendant, who puts a face to the brand from our perspective. Corporate level intelligence and mannerisms, above and beyond expectations. This person should be training employees on a national level, bare minimum. Once her potential is recognized a well deserved position will be created I'm sure. A diamond in the ruff! Her name is Jenna
Amazing hotel! Great room, great bed and pillows. Great service from Kami and Ariel at the front desk! Totally recommend!
Sout out to Jenna, she is very kind and helpful in assisting guests. She knows what she's doing. The breakfast was fantastic.
