Overview
Enjoy this authentic Mexican restaurant for any meal of the day. Machaca for breakfast makes a tasty dish of shredded beef mixed with eggs, tomatoes, and onion. Wash that down with an agua fresca, horchata, or Abuelitas coffee.
For lunch make sure to start the table out with a gravy dip to snack on (Molcajete de Gravy y queso) served with Monterey jack cheese. The enchiladas verde is the perfect lunch - three green enchiladas cooked with your choice of meat: pork (chile verde) beef (chile colorado) or chicken.
For the seafood lovers the Camarones al mojo de ajo is shrimp sauteed with garlic, butter, onions, and bell peppers, served with avocado and a side salad. Make sure to save room for a tamale dulce for dessert, strawberry or pineapple!

We had the most incredible waitress, kind, attentive, catered to our desires! My drink was never empty! Just about the largest burrito I have ever seen!
Normally business asks for reviews but not this one. I just wanted to share my experience and it was spectacular. I walked in and was expecting a long wait or employees working but not wanting to work however not here……I walked in and was greeted by a wonderful nice lady and I told her I wanted to order for take out and the first thing she said and did was give me a menu and told “ I will give u 5-10 mins to decide and I will be back” as she said this I was ready for the whole waiting game and saying I’m ready but not at Las Palmas a young gentleman by the name of Alex came and finished helping me out. He was super friendly, normal, and good worker. And took my order and as I paid I told him my order, he was very friendly and welcoming and also kind and polite.( not once did he ask me to put a review and also I never do reviews but this business and their workers deserve one) he took my order and the food was beyond delicious and good large amount of food but what impressed me the most was their customer service and welcoming attitude. They prepared my food as if it was for themselves ( full of condiments that I didn’t even had to ask for and good amount of food)…..I just found my new favorite place to eat at and never had such great service in my 7 years in Stockton. I appreciate all their hard work and specially Alex for his service and treatment and I will be going back often and highly recommend this place. I saw a young single mother walk in and she received similar if not better service than myself, I was surprised and really appreciate you guys at Las Palmas and specially the lady who welcomed me in and Alex. Please keep doing what u guys are doing and thank you Alex you are awesome. Other business need to learn and copy you guys.
We have been going here for awhile now and never had a bad meal. The staff are very friendly and quick to get you seated and take your order. Enrique and Omar are 2 of our regular waiters and they are very knowledgeable about the menu and what the difference is in the items on the menu. We go in for the lunch special and the portions are always on large platters for the combination plates. I ordered the super burrito once. I took half home for later, because it was the size of the large platter it came in. Fresh made flour tortillas brought out warm as well as a variety of salsa and different sauces to try as well. We will be back again very soon and go at least a few times a month.
Hubby and I were invited to have dinner last night at this restaurant. 2nd time attending this place and I love the food that I have order. Order the ceviche tosadas and it was very delicious.
Really good food and service, I really enjoyed my molcajete it was well served and super tasty. My waiter was amazing brought me everything I needed, Enrique 10 out of 10.
