Beautifully handcrafted, these custom created desserts are tailor made for that special day. Not only are the cakes impressive to look at, but absolutely delicious.
Also stop in to Magda's for a quick lunch. Serving up some tasty deli sandwiches, this downtown deli is not to be missed. Add chips, a drink and a freshly baked cookie to make it a meal. If you are lucky, they just might have carnitas for tortas. Ask what the special is!

I went in on a Saturday morning to pick up a few things for a family get together. The place had a nice, cozy feel and it smelled like fresh bread as soon as you walk in. I tried their blueberry muffins and a chocolate croissant. The muffin was soft and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. The croissant was flaky, maybe a little messy but thats part of the fun. Staff was polite and patient even though there was a small line forming behind me. Prices seemed fair for the quality. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’d go back to try more items next time.
I been coming here off and on for 20 years since they opened. There cakes are to die for. The sandwiches are only $7.50, special is $10.50 which includes a sandwich, soda or water, chips, cookie. There simple cakes are $45.
I’ve been passing by this bakery for a while and finally decided to check it out. The place has a cozy vibe, and the smell of fresh bread hits you as soon as you walk in. I grabbed a cinnamon roll and a small loaf of sourdough. Everything tasted fresh and just right—not too sweet, not too bland. The staff were friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed, which I appreciated. Prices were reasonable too. It’s not my absolute favorite bakery in town, but I’ll probably stop by again when I’m in the area.
Excellent pastry delicatessen and IMO the best in all of Stockton. Cakes, cookies and specialty treats are always here for the sweet tooth in us all. I've been a decades old client and for many more so give them a try if you've never sampled the goodies. Here's a sample of their off the hook sugar cookies!! ENJOY (:-D
It was my grandmothers 90th birthday and we had near 100 people to feed. Magda’s bakery made this BEAUTIFUL cake for the occasion (I live in a different state so had to order over the phone and trust they got the vision). They nailed it. It was one of the most delicious tres leche cakes many of our attendees said they had ever had. Thank you for making this day so special with this cake!
