Planet Fitness is known for a lot of things. They've got tons of equipment, clean and spacious locker rooms, and the friendliest staff around. They're also the home of the Judgement Free Zone®, which is a somewhat fancy way of saying they're a laid-back environment, where you don’t need to worry about that hardcore attitude you might find other places. You'll find a wide range of cardio and strength machines, classes, and more.

love this gym and have been going for years but have noticed a change since renovations. I pay for a black card membership to have fresh paint and broken machines. There are a total of atleast 10 stairmasters and less than half work. They are missing the bottoms to most where you are supposed to land if an emergency happens and wires are exposed. I honestly keep this membership for the black card spa “perks” but i have been leaving without my services. I had one actually break when I was on it on February 23rd and it has not been fixed. The last three times I was in, I get put in my service and the door is locked. I go to the front counter and let them know and each time I’m met with confusion, which is understandable, and they go and open the door to “reset” it but it never goes on. so I end up leaving each time unless you call the club to let them know you are in their machine and it is not working again before getting fully redressed. I’m not sure if it’s their Tmax server that isn’t being manually reset since they do not go reset them each time, but it seems pointless to pay extra for this if this is something that also needs to be updated.
I would love to give it 5 stars but unfortunately the fact that the bathrooms don't have seat covers and some of the machines like the hybrid tanning and Angel machine are not very well cleaned on a regular basis are the only downfalls. The staff is great lots of machines in different areas friendly people large location is great. But bathrooms need seat covers immediately
This gym has super nice staff and I really like the layout. It’s located in a convenient location. There are some issues with some equipment but I’m still able to use all the machines I need. Also spoke with Stacy the regional Manager and she was super sweet and very informative! :)
Judy at the front desk is such a friendly employee she makes you feel welcomed and is super professional. I definitely recommend anyone in the area to come join Planet Fitness great staff and atmosphere.
Broken machines and the British counter guy said he was way too busy to start any Black Card massage chairs. Finally walked out as he was just suturing around waiting for a customer strolling through her phone. 2/26 @4p
