Enjoy the Modern Romance Classic Ghost on February 6!
This romance classic stars Patrick Swayze as Sam Wheat and Demi Moore as Molly Jensen. After Sam is murdered, his spirit remains on earth to protect Molly from impending danger. To do this, Sam gets a little help from a psychic, played by Whoopi Golberg.
“Ghost” was nominated for five Academy Awards and four Golden Globes. Whoopi Goldberg won the Academy Award for Best Actress and the Golden Globe for the same role. The film also won the Academy Award for Best Screenplay. It has a positive 80% audience rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is a tear-jerker favorite.
“Ghost” plays on February 6 at the Bob Hope Fox Theatre.
