This includes a grounding breathwork and gratitude ritual, a Reiki infused sound bath to cleanse and restore the spirit, create a high vibrational affirmation on a canvas to take home, a cacao {hot coco} heart opening ceremony that is prepared with intention, and a guided sacred self-essential oil massage. This event offers a safe space to discover your return to self-love and care.
