Stockton's Annual Bathtub Race

Always the last Sunday in August, this annual competition calls for competitors to create a boat made from anything that floats! Come on out and watch the fun on the Delta! See who floats and who sinks! We welcome all racers, young and old. There's a kid's race and an adult race.

The Rules

• Life jackets are required for all contestants
• All entries must be Human Powered
• Vehicle can be made from anything that floats – as long as it didn’t start out as any kind of manufactured water vessel: boat, canoe, pontoon, raft, etc.
• Attendance to the race is FREE and participation is FREE
• Participants must be 18 years of age unless accompanied by an adult
• Check in time is 10:30am
• If you ain’t first you might as well be last!
