Born from a love of Soul, R&B, Gospel, Blues and Rock & Roll, The Robert Cray Band has been touring and recording their unique groove since 1974. Robert Cray himself is regarded as one of the leading guitarists and singer-songwriters of our time with his distinctive sound that grew from American roots and has appeared today both fresh and familiar. The Robert Cray Band have joined the big stage with artists such as The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner, Muddy Waters, and Eric Clapton. The band continues to bring the same enthusiasm and joy with every performance they do with a blending of American rock, R&B, Soul, Jazz, and Funk.
The Grand Theatre Center for the Arts in Tracy brings live entertainment, art exhibitions, and more to the California Central Valley. The Grand is an amazing facility due its thoughtful development as a professional arts organization and educative center within City government, as well as an important public resource as an economic redevelopment project in downtown Tracy.
