Interesting place. First visit. . Good prices on nuts and raisins. Grabbed some Fuji apples. They had some fruit trees for sale.
I am so happy Google Review is here-- it's much better than dodgy Yelp given Yelp reviews are mostly fake and anti-consumer. I really like this grocery place. It's fantastic to be able to pick one's vegetables and fruits. The prices are reasonable. The cashier lady is super friendly, efficient, and dressed decently unlike Denise where the girls are dressed in skimpy/tarty clothes. Would definitely recommend this place!
Went for some local honey and left with a ton of great produce at a great price (and the honey) 😋
Update: Still a busy place. Lots of produce and variety. They have a much more organized fruit and vegetable area and produce is displayed with signage notating what item is along with the price. The parking area is small but is now paved. You can park alongside the road. People that work there are very customer service oriented and answer any questions you may have. Have patience and choose your produce carefully as most need to be consumed within a day or so as produce is mostly ripe and ready to eat. Also added bonus is you can purchase your own plants for your vegetable and some fruit gardening needs. This market carries honey, jams and dry beans also. They sell large size straw hats for sun protection.
Great produce and killer deals! Make sure to pick up your garden vegetable plants and fruit trees in the spring.
Great experience for peach/fruit picking good service and a variety or produce plant ect as for parking i think there plenty although it might get busy sometimes there was also bathrooms available 10/10
Great place for fresh fruits , vegetables ,fruit trees. Very reasonable price
I like how they have a store right before heading to the lake, I always forget their is a market here. I say it’s pretty convenient!
This place is like a hidden gem if you want firewood for BBQ or for just the winter. They don't mess around. I will be back many many times
Good variety of farm fresh veges. The guavas and the grapes were the best I've had. Loved the black eyed beans and yes, they have my favorite purple sweet potatoes so I'll be going there often. I wish they had more green leafy veges but I guess it's out of season for now.
The people there were extremely nice and the fruits and veggies were super fresh. I can't wait to be able to come back for fresh ingredients to cook again. Maybe even buy some firewood for a bonfire too
They got everything we need every time we go there. And the staff is very knowledgeable and even offered to help with our crops at home. We go there frequently and will continue to do so
It's very nice store with all varieties and farm fresh... Prices are also reasonable. You get local honey and all nuts too. This visit, I picked plants. I didn't see it before.
Limited access to the store, but good produce, was there yesterday (7.31.21) got some melons, almost too ripe nectarines, some red firm tomatoes and Persian cucumbers.
I love this place, nothing beats fresh fruit and vegetables, and the guys running the place are so friendly and knowledgeable.
The yellow dragon fruit is sweet and delicious. The guava is really sweet and tasty. I pick up local honey here as well. I appreciate the diversity of produce. Great variety of nuts as well.
Fair prices, especially if you buy in bulk. It’s the best selection I’ve seen around and products are ripened so they have flavor but last when refrigerated. Not a fancy place but it’s my go-to fruit/vegetable stand from now on
A1 AG is the best farmers market in San Joaquin County! If you’re headed to Stockton, San Francisco, Tahoe, or Sacramento, you have to stop in Lathrop to shop at A1 AG. The owner is so friendly and the produce is so fresh and delicious! The honey there is the best honey I’ve ever tasted! You also have to try the dates when they have them - they’re so fresh and juicy! They also sell huge bags of nuts that cost less per lb than Costco! Just picked fruit that’s super affordable - A1 AG is hands down the best farmers market in Lathrop!
Good Experience. Check out a little slow with only one line on a busy Saturday. Good Prices
Nice choice of fresh fruits and vegetables. Prices are great and the produce taste delicious.
If you love fresh picked fruit and veggies this is a must visit! We were able to pick our own persimmons from the trees. The mandarins are fresh and delicious and the cilantro still had the roots visible. 😋
Wow! I didn't think it had much stuff inside until I went inside, staff was very friendly and pleasant, customer service 👌.
