Had an amazing time at Applebee’s today! I’ve been living abroad for over 4 years and haven’t seen my mother since. I land in town and my sister suggested we get lunch and drinks at Applebee’s. We order way too much food- but it was amazing and the service by our waitress Jazmyne was amazing. She was attentive, friendly and flexible with all of our questions. Now most people love their salad heavily dressed, but my sister does not. So the general manager Victor personally made her a new salad that was even better than its picture on the menu. The food, drinks and service was so good that we will be back later tonight for more! I’ll try and add photos of tonight’s drinks- but you know how it is, when you’re enjoying something you rarely have the time to stop for a photo.
We walked in and were immediately attended to, which was such a great start to our experience. Our hostess, Raevince, was absolutely amazing! She had such a warm personality and provided top-tier customer service from start to finish. My Bourbon Street Steak was cooked perfectly medium rare, exactly how I like it. Overall, it was a great dining experience. Raevince, keep up that amazing personality and customer service! That kind of energy truly makes a dining experience that much more enjoyable. The food was so great!! Our server Karina was so nice and helpful. This was possibly the best lemonade i’ve ever had yall have to try it!!!!
We came here for dinner with our friends, and our server, Alana, was truly the best! She was so kind and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire evening. She was quick to offer drink recommendations, and I ended up trying the Maker’s Bourbon Peach Sour—not bad at all! Alana was happy to answer any questions we had and was always quick with service. She consistently checked in to make sure we were doing okay and that everything was to our liking. Her attentiveness and friendly attitude really made our dining experience even better. Thank you, Alana, for making our evening so enjoyable! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We decided after years of not coming here to give Applebee's another shot. Glad we did Karina was the best waitress hands down I have had in awhile that has the special shine ✨️ 💖 for customer service she didn't forget anything member everything went above and beyond. If she isn't here a Jazmin is my 2nd option. The food was amazing and we are happy they brought navk the birthday song a treat as well 😋.
