Food and drinks were pretty good. Wait was a bit long when there were a lot of open tables, so I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what. Staff was nice enough. Not sure I’d go back as we saw not a single smile nor heard a single laugh from anyone, guests and staff, during our entire visit. Hope everything is okay.
I placed a catering order at this location and it was ready on time. All utensils and plates were already included. I used the restroom and it was very clean the door even has a fancy way of getting out without touching it. The service I received was exceptional. I would definitely order again.
Waitress was top notch. Burger was overcooked and crispy. Steak was good. Restaurant needs a remodel for sure. Was hot inside too like the AC wasn’t working.
Arrived right as TNF started so we were able to get a seat. Great staff, very attentive. Food came out quickly. By the time we left there were groups of people waiting outside (around 7pm).
Our family decided to eat dinner at Applebee's for my deceased Mother-In-Laws Birthday today!!! It was son cold, a lot of the guests were complaining!!! There was an elderly lady in there, wrapped in a blanket!!! She looked so uncomfortable!!! I understand it's the summertime, but this was too much!!! Our party of ten was seated in about fifteen minutes, which wasn't too bad!!! The Server seemed knowledgeable of the menu, had some good recommendations, and seemed pretty upbeat!!! We got our drinks and ordered our food shortly after that!!! After a while, everyone had their food except my four year old!!! For some reason, his chicken and fries took a long time!!! My lady didn't get the alcoholic beverage she ordered and her sister's chicken Nuggets were very hard!!! She asked the Server why and she said the oil was probably old!!! 🤯🤯🤯 At that point, the order was not edible and she didn't want to wait for another one!!! I had the Bourbon Chicken with Brocoli!!! I substituted the Mashed Potatoes, but if I would've known I was only getting about three pieces of Brocoli, I wouldn't have!!! All-in-all, this experience wasn't the greatest and I'm not sure when we'd be back here!!! It was so cold, some of the food was like warm and none of the cheese melted in any of the noodles!!!
