Perfect choice for lunch today. Customized our nachos. Enjoy the deep-fried quesadilla. Some gravy and cheese with our chips. They even have a spot to reserved for a private party. Beautiful place to enjoy good food and home made tortillas.
I haven't been here in a while and when I came back the other day, the food was still good. Nice services and great view of the lake. Price was not so bad. I personally like the gravy and cheese at another place that is a Mister of the Frogs but everything else was good. Beans were great!
Meant to take a picture before we ate, however, the food looked and smelled so good we were part of the way into dinner before we remembered to take a picture. Salsa was great! Enchiladas, tacos and burritos we tried were all wonderful! The waitress was polite and quick with our requests and went above and beyond! I'm so sad that after two years living in Stockton, I just now find this place and am moving in two weeks. :(
The stars are generous. I used to frequent this restaurant often. The food and service is just not the same. My most recent visit was for my dear friend's surprise birthday. We had reserved a private eating area and were rudely moved from our area by the manager, because they had double booked. He wasn't sincere at all about it and gave us a very aggressive no choice attitude. The birthday girls food was comped but it was done in such an unprofessional manner that it didn't make a difference. We were moved to a corner area with wonky tables he had to steady with napkins. Our food took a long time and the wait staff was very short with us the entire time. The food did taste good to most of our party so that's why i rated 3 stars. The management would've received no stars at all that day. I won't be going back.
I've been looking for a place here in Stockton with good Hispanic food. There's only a few that's worth talking about and arroyos is one of them. If u love cheese and meat, mite I recommend their deep fried quesadillas that they are known for.. if you like it with extra meat sauce, even tho it's not needed, "but I'd recommend" just to add that extra flavor to it.. I can say me and my wife and friends will definitely be coming back
