As a tour company bringing groups from Chicago on a regular basis, we stay at many hotels throughout the United States, and Best Western Plus Heritage Inn is truly one of our favorites. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Our guests always enjoy their stay here. The breakfast buffet is excellent, offering a great variety of options and a perfect start to the day for both individual travelers and groups. What really makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding customer service. If you are planning a stay, make sure to speak with Ham. He is incredibly helpful, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile. No request seems too difficult for him—he handles everything quickly and efficiently, often making the impossible happen on the spot. We greatly appreciate the hospitality and support we receive every time we bring our groups here. Highly recommended for both leisure travelers and group tours!
Stayed here for a short trip and the experience was okay overall. The room was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a night's stay. Check-in was straightforward, and the staff was polite. The location was convenient for getting around the area, and the included breakfast was appreciated, though the selection was fairly basic. The property could use some updates, as certain areas felt a bit dated and worn. Nothing was particularly bad, but nothing really stood out either. It served its purpose as a place to sleep, but there are probably other options in the area I'd consider next time.
Some of the rooms have balconies, which make the stay a little more pleasant. The bathroom towels were set with a hand towel folded like a bow, and the toilet paper folded into a heart. The Kleenex box was arranged like a flower pot. Which all added a nice touch to the environment. I really enjoyed this facility. The pool was clean, the property was trash free, there was an espresso machine and coffee, and apples for snacking. I missed the free breakfast by sleeping in too late, but I'm sure it was good. I also loved how the closet had full size mirror doors!
I travel for work for 11 day sales trips. I'm shocked that I'm giving this hotel 5☆. When my Uber driver driver pulled up to THIS Hotel, I got worried. Here's why. I lived in Stockton for over 30 years. Best Western is on March Lane West of I-5 Frwy. Easy access. Having lived in this town so long, I always thought this hotel was trashy. (My Bad) Is Not. I'm sorry to it's owners, management, and staff. You all did a great job. House keeping in your room is optional. Let the front desk know before 2pm if you want them to come into your room. The continental breakfast was very good. Don't forget the voucher! Location +'s. There are 2 malls nearby. Sherwood Plaza & Webslerstown mall. Which includes Dillards! You're also next to Food4Less w/ China Express. Here's the one bad thing. The driveway going into the hotel (& FOOD4LESS) runs South onto KENTFIELD Which NOBODY should go down. I mean nobody.
