Thanks to Michael B my husband and I had an amazing meal. He is the best server we have ever had at any restaurant. Very fast, friendly, and attentive.
Staff was amazing, service was speedy and friendly. Great prices when you consider what it costs to eat “fast food” these days. Will come back without a doubt. The bartender, Christina, was clearly experienced and moved with urgency, made patrons feel welcome and never made anyone wait to be greeted. I also met the manager, Parker, as he came to personally check on the service that patrons were receiving. This place did not feel like your typical restaurant chain.
For a party of 8, our wait staff was (trying not to be rude) kinda scattered. She had a hard time getting the order correct in the ordering system i.e. iPad She forgot to bring one person‘s dinner we all received our food , my son-in-law still was waiting patiently for another 20 minutes until we stop the waitress and asked her where his prime rib was. She finally brought it out then The atmosphere is great in there it’s really has a good ambience . The food was amazing , I had the ribeye, loaded mashed and asparagus. I added mushrooms and onions and garlic butter but she forgot to bring my garlic butter. Which was OK I guess because my mushrooms and onions were over salted. It made up for it my steak was cooked too perfection . My daughter had ribeye it was cooked to perfect perfection, the prime rib was as well cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Up to the asparagus were perfectly cooked The deep dish pizza was delicious . My granddaughter had mac & cheese and fruit they enjoyed it and also my other granddaughter had a grilled chicken and fries and they loved it So definitely kid friendly restaurant
One of the great things about BJ’s is its consistency and reliability. We’ve never had a bad meal, poor service, or an unpleasant experience. It is what it is and it is always that. Not world-beating craft beer, but always good, always some new varietal, and an excellent third party selection. There is a wide array of food choices on the menu and, like the beers, always something new. It might not be 5* compared to high end restaurants, but it is 5* for what it is: better-than-expected pub food, and so much better than the chain restaurants. It’s not quiet; it’s not supposed to be. Even when almost empty, the place feels lively. My wife and I had not been to our local BJ’s in quite a while, so we decided to grab lunch there this week after running errands. We got an assortment of appetizers, salad, and burger. All quite good and served promptly. And that leads me to the service. As I wrote above, we’ve never had poor service at BJ’s. Somebody in charge of training knows what they’re doing. But this week, service was OFF THE CHARTS. Gabby was our server, and she is simply one of the best servers we have ever had. Anywhere. We’ve dined around the world in some very high end restaurants. We have never had better, friendlier, more gently-attentive service. We did not want to leave! Somebody, put her in charge. Thank you Gabby!
Enjoyed my experience here.. came in for a drink and ordered some apps. Had the pot stickers and avocado egg rolls which were delicious! Had Clay as a server and he was very chill and extremely friendly, he suggested a drink that I would order again for sure. We sat at the tables near the bar, and everything came out promptly.
