Calm, relaxing, excellent prices, and service is good. All servers very attentive and helpful. Food was hot amd delicious. There's plenty of bad customer service out there, but not here. Thanks.
Food is pretty good overall, but it literally takes so long to get your food, every time. It doesn't matter if there's only a few people dining. We stopped coming here due to this ongoing issue.
I've been to this restaurant a few times, and the food is fairly decent. They don't skimp on the cheese, so if you are a cheese-lover and are excited about a good cheese pull, I would definitely recommend trying this place. However, if you're like me and like a balance of cheese and meat, this place may not be for you. The overall atmosphere is cool. Nothing out of the ordinary but perfect for dining in with friends. They have a semi-casual vibe, so you can dress pretty comfortably but still nice. The waitresses always seem to be in a bit of a rush, however. I don't know if they're like that with everyone, but they keep things pretty short and don't tend to ask many questions. If you're not a very social person, you may like that. However, it's not my cup of tea. It comes across as a bit unfriendly and rushed. For example, they didn't give me much time to request multiple things such as a refill and extra napkins. I had to have them come over to my table twice because they left too quickly to hear my full request. All in all, I've had better food and service elsewhere, but they're not bad for just quickly grabbing a bite to eat. I personally couldn't finish my plate, so I don't think I'll be returning, but if I'm in a pinch and am really hungry, I'd go for something quick.
