Cast Iron Trading Co. (formerly known as Cast Iron Cheese, a popular street food vendor seen at local events and pop-ups) is a vibrant downtown Stockton cafe offering a fresh, farm-to-fork style, seasonal menu. Besides great brunch, lunch, and pub-fare food, Cast Iron is serving up hand poured specialty coffees, kombucha, craft beer selections, and wine.

Service was amazing! I got their house wings with garlic fries! My wife got the Brussels sprouts tacos and their sauce was really good. Loved how they had Central Valley local beers. Great selection and their prices were well. Our server was so nice we had asked to get a propagated plant because my wife is very much into plants and our server gladly gave us one. Made her day!

I ordered a sirloin steak sandwich with fries. The sandwich was amazingly delicious. Just writing this review is making me crave eating it again. The fries were perfect. They were crispy and were not over salted. Which to me is always the kiss of death. The waitress gave amazing service. Their beer was ftesh and smooth. This is one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Stockton. Check it out if you're ever there.
Service was pretty good here. I was the only customer inside. Food was bright out pretty quickly. Everything was freshly made. Taste of the chicken sandwich was decent. Fries were delicious.
I attended the prefix menu vegan roast and it was incredible! Such a great value and so fresh and delicious with the perfect amount of spice. Seeding was family style for this event, and such a great idea to get to know your neighbors.
