Steve Ells, founder, chairman and co-CEO, started Chipotle with the idea that food served fast did not have to be a typical fast food experience. My visit was on Tuesday, 10/03/23. The place is a tight squeeze, but it is manageable. The outside patio had a nice seating area underneath a huge umbrella, which shielded us from the sun. The food was good. Lastly, the employees could be a bit more friendly and inviting, so hopefully, customer service will improve on the next visit in the future.

Solid new food offerings to change it it and keep us coming back. Love the newest chicken addition. Had a few issues with missing items on a few take out orders but customer service made it right each time. The salads are amazing and love the quality of the food.

Chipotle is basically fast food and I think most everyone has tried chipotle.. well anyway I’ll give this chipotle in trinity park a review. I noticed the manager was a previous manager at Rio cafe Lincoln center and I noticed how organized and dialed in this particular chipotle is . And when I’m working different places I choose Chipotle for consistency. Kinda like In -n -out in that sense. 5 star for consistency ( try the chicken quesadilla if you haven’t it comes with 2 sides 👍

Pros: Food & drinks are good Cons: indore & outdoor dining area is very small & cramped, The tables are sandwiched between the trash can, drink dispnser and line for food and is very cramped with people coming and going and giving you no choice but to eat in a rush and get out. The seating outdoor is very small and much better.

This Chipotle tasted extra good for some reason on 3/15/24(though I have never been to this specific one before). We stopped by on a drive from LA and was very happy to see that Jon was a master at putting the care and love into how he spread the proportions just right for my bowl and also my friend’s large burrito, he wrapped it perfectly because he had spread everything out just right. It stayed together the whole way through which is exactly what you want a burrito to do. Yea

Every time i go there about 3times a week the food is good and the service is the best u have Ariana most time service she great it's very nice and clean thanks no complaints here and I spend $25.00 to $30 each time

I love Chipotle but this location is difficult to rate. The staff was very great, friendly and professional. The three I that helped me were all awesome. However, the actual location was not and I would recommend this be a take out only spot. The inside is cramped with very limited seating, 4 tables, two 4 sitting and two 2 sitting. So if you're planning on eating there you may be waiting for tables which is what I observed. There is one restroom which is all gender. At my visit the restroom was dirty with a little vomit on the toilet and floor next to it. I'm glad I just needed to wash my hands. So if you like Chipotle and are nearby when hungry but can take it to go I would recommend it. If you're a group wanting to stay you might have trouble or if by yourself during meal times you'll get the evil eye for taking a table by yourself so maybe pass in those circumstances.

Small size chipotle. They have only few chairs inside but have some outside. Place is busy and lot of people coming only for togo. Its in big shopping center so lot of people coming to target or world market

A little bit tight in terms of room inside. There are seats outside that are very comfortable when the weather is. Very clean and well kept. Certain employees do speak a little bit too fast when talking to you but thats understandable but just a bit confusing for first timers in a chipotle. Im a cyclist so the bike racks there do exist but are VERY wobbly. I would lock my road bike there if I was in a rush and was going in and out. The windows allow you to keep an eye on it if you are paranoid. I like the fact that they do put on fundraisers for school programs/activities.

I just ordered this and it looks like a sandwhich not a burrito. I understand if you are a new employee(whoever made this burrito) but if you are a new employee you should have remade it. If I could take a picture and share it I would. Everyone on google would have a good laugh. Purchase was March 9 7:30 ish at trinity parkway

The food is always fresh and delicious! This location isn't as busy as the Weberstown spot, but they have messed up my order twice in a row. They make it right with a replacement on the next visit, but I would much rather get my food on the day and time I want it. Still one of my favorites!

Price was alright. Associates were friendly. Wasn’t much steak in my burrito and when I asked for salsa on the side there was like none in the cup and the associate said they are having to make them like that at the moment but she could give me 3 more. Which I appreciate, but ended up saying never mind. Not sure what’s going on with their side condiments.

This is thus the best Chipotle I've been to. They never get your order wrong. Fast service. They're never out of ingredients. Food is always real good 🤤 and they add a generous amount of everything in the bowls or whatever you order.

This was only the second time ever having Chipotle. I had it like 15 years ago, wasn't a fan of it. I tried it the other day, loved the tacos. Guess it's always better to give a second chance. I was very pleasantly surprised. I'll be going back, definitely for more chicken tacos.

Update: I removed 2 stars because I went back and they messed up my order a THIRD TIME IN A ROW. I always order 2 tacos and only get one, EVERY TIME. I shouldnt have to open the bag and container to check before I get all the way home. Does this happen to other people, or just me?!! My husband gets 3 tacos and his order is always right. But I only want 2. I didn't think it would be that difficult to make just 2 tacos. They seem to only be capable of making either 1 or 3 tacos per an order. I'm not sure if I will go back here, maybe not for a while. (After I pick up the taco I paid for and didn't get). I'm very tired of having to come back for my missing tacos. Another update: added 2 stars back because I have been back a few times and orders have been correct.
