Steve Ells, founder, chairman and co-CEO, started Chipotle with the idea that food served fast did not have to be a typical fast food experience. Love Chipotle. Probably the healthiest non-authentic Mexican food I've had, but there's a reason I'm always going back! Thoroughly enjoyed today's burrito, and not ashamed to say I snuck it into the movies with me! Must try!

This location is good. Right in the Mall parking lot. However… it’s in the Mall parking lot! The lot is packed on most days and the parking spaces are rather close together. The food quality is very good though and the service is also good. They move the line quickly. We were in a hurry to see a show at Delta college across the street. We left the Blaze pizza that is also in the same lot due to slow service. Walked to Chipotle and we’re in and out quite fast and made it to the show on time.

Our Chicken Burrito Bowl was Delicious! Even though the line was long, the wait was Worth it! Customer Service was Smooth and Individually Specific to Our Choice of Food toppings. Next time we go, we will Dine in. Thank you Chipotle!!!

Extremely busy, trash cans over flowing inside, out of salad dressing vinegrette. They don't seem to fill salad bowls as full as they used to. Flavor is still good tho'..

Well Chipotle not to bad of food. I'm kinda in the middle. My boss and I eat here at least once a week. He obviously loves it a lot lol. So any way yeah. Beautiful restaurant. A modern type of a feel. I do like the chicken and brown rice burrito, when we go that's what I order. We will be back agian and agian. TY Chipotle! I believe there is curbside and delivery also?

Chipotle has always been my go to when I want something healthy and on the go, but I just want to say that the customer I received from Gina is always my favorite part. She is always so bubbly, sweet and most of all very attentive with everything. From when she first greets me to when she makes my food! You got a good one Chipotle!

Omg ! Great service at this locations. Most of the employees are great when it comes to hospitality☺. As a mom I am always looking for a friendly kids restaurant and this chipotle have it all. By the way I need to share with you that the guacamole portion here is wonderful! And not very expensive as is it in another places. My ans my husband ate here for healthy reasons. So I do recommend this place for healthy snacks, lunch or dinner. Barbacoa is my favorite here. You add as much of veggies you like for no extra charge! You will pay extra for meat, guacamole, and few morw things so if you don't know just ask. Remember they are very helpful and nice people.

Food was great but the staff wasn’t too friendly. I also tried to split my total between 2 cards ($15 on one card and $14 on another) but the cashier said they “couldn’t do it.” Apparently they would’ve been able to split it if I paid with a card and cash, which didn’t make sense to me because it’s literally the same thing as paying with 2 cards but 🤷🏽♀️

If i ever have considered eating food at Chipotle, i probably told myself that there is always a taco truck that is cheaper and better. I mostly just pick up food here for door dash. They usually have a pretty good system here though during peak times its pointless to accept an order here.

Delicious food. Great value. Classic slow line. Annoyed I had to wait through the long line before I could check out and get a code to use the restroom, and then where are you supposed to set your food while you go use the restroom?

The food is usually very good there which is nice. The line was a little long because nobody could go inside. And there really didn't seem to be much rhyme or reason is to how they were doing it.

Food is always fresh and super tasty! The sevice, however, could use some improving. This place is always busy and my mobile order is always at least 20 minutes past the time promised. If it is going to take longer because they are busy, don't "promise" it will be ready so soon.

Limited indoor and outdoor tent seating with patio heaters around. I've been a customer for over 30 years. The young lady at the hostess desk needs more training but she was still ok service. Waitress was friendly and fast. Food was good but cocktails were terrible. I can taste shelf brand and not the name brand listed ingredients not measured correctly. This Location is very old and outdated and not as clean as it should be. 3 stars for the memories I've had here with friends and family through the years.

I really enjoy Chipotle's food and would have given it 5 stars except for their not draining the meat well and the salsa is really watery and I end up with soup in my bowl of salad. Next time I will take a picture to include it when sharing my experience.

The "new" quesadilla prices are ridiculous. My son only eats a quesadilla, but we are forced to buy an entire meal that just goes into the garbage and we are charged twice the amount it used to be. The service is starting to slip as well. Too busy trying to push you out that it comes across extremely rude. I used to love this place ... not so much anymore. 😕

This is a great Chipotle location, just be aware that they want to move you through the line process QUICKLY, so have your mind made up prior to it being your turn.. or you'll feel rushed & like you're slowing them down!

A busy place but has good food the portions are very large one burrito bowl usually makes 3 meals for me. You have your choice of bottled or Fountain drinks and brown or white rice pinto or black beans. You also have the choice of chicken, beef, pork, in every entree. They serve tacos, burritos, quesadillas, bowls, and a children's menu

Burrito was just so so, not bad, but nothing great. Best thing was the queso blanco, that stuff was amazing! Kind of expensive for what it was. Tables were not cleaned in between people, but it was pretty busy.

Long, long lines and a little bit of slow service but very good food. I feel like they're understaffed. If I order a large bag of chips don't give me a "large" bag with a chip amount the same as the regular size bag and charge me for the larger size. Do you think we're dumb?? Love the new chicken.
