Overview
The Dancing Fox is Lodi’s only urban winery combining two passions, bread and wine. The wines are made from the Lewis family estate vineyards and the breads use the natural yeast from these grapes. The breads are hand formed then baked in a wood fired oven from Spain, sold fresh every day.
The bakery and eatery provides more than just breads. Pastries, muffins, health bars, breakfast, lunch and dinner are also offered. The wood fired pizza is second to none when washed down by wine or a pint of ale.
Tasting fee: $10 waived upon any wine bottle purchase.
We pour 5 wines that we have chosen for that week.
Groups larger than 8 need to call ahead for appointment.

Great place for beer sampling, focaccia bread, vegan pasta, fried shrimp, and fish and chips. The pasta, focaccia bread, tartar sauce, balsamic vinegar, and other items are made from scratch at the restaurant. Everything we tried was so tasty! Plus, the vegan pasta dish was so flavorful with balanced flavors, it put Bay Area vegan dishes to shame. I just can’t believe how awesome Dancing Fox Winery & Brewery is!
Amazing comfort food. Everything delicious from appetizers to main meals. Great service.
I came here for their Sunday brunch. The food was great. The service was amazing and the champagne mimosas were very strong. Can’t ask for much more.
The staff were friendly. Service was a lil slow but the cider, wine and pizza were delicious!!
Upon entering, we were greeted by a big smile and friendly helpful service. Everyone working here seems to be happy to be here. We got a complementary wine tasting with our lunch where we were told the story behind the place. We are so happy we came here! We ordered the focaccia bread basket as an appetizer. Apparently, the wife who has taken baking classes in France does all of the pastries and breads! The ficaccia was amazing! We ordered a veggie wrap with french fries which was also really good. All in all I would recommend this place. Edit: while eating my wrap I realized that the tortilla is homemade!! *Drool* soooo yummyyy
