I went here with a couple friends after work and had a pretty good experience overall. The place had a relaxed vibe and the staff were friendly without being over the top. I ordered tacos and a side of rice and beans, and everything came out hot and fresh. The salsa had a nice kick to it and tasted homemade, which I always appreciate. One thing I liked was that nobody rushed us while we were eating and talking. The food portions were fair too. Not saying it was the best Mexican food I've ever had, but it was solid and I'd definitely come back again when I'm in the area.
Was craving a jugo verde and stopped by on my way back to the Bay. The cashier was friendly and professional. The jugo verde was perfect. Went above and beyond when I asked if they had some chia seeds to add. Will definitely come back.
The mother of the owner was working when I went and she was very welcoming, their ice creams are really good, the escamochas weren’t as good but worth trying. They are not located in the best area of town. Good for a quick stop.
