I love the pupusas, I came to order for this coming event the owner was helpful and patient.
Excellent food. Take out only I ordered the spinach and cheese and a bean and cheese. Super yummy so glad my friend turned me on to this place . little hole in the wall super friendly owner .
Love this place soo much ! And right down the street for me . Parking is a pain but so worth the food 🥰✊🏼 I want some now !
I love their food is good even though they take long but is fresh made food. Nice treat from the employees and the owner 👍
I've eaten here three times, and all those times I've been shocked at how good the food was. I usually order the pupusas, and they're probably the best I've ever tried. It's an amazing restaurant with a nice homey environment. It's one of Stockton's hidden gems.
Only place in the valley worth going to, food is on point each and every time.
Just tried this spot yesterday, let me tell you it is so good!! I just learned about pupusas about a week ago. They are one of my new favorite foods. The first place I had them from was in the Bay Area, I immediately knew I had to find a place in Stockton, well I found our spot!!! Can hardly wait to eat there again. The owner was so friendly and eager to teach us about Salvadoran cuisine. I would highly recommend El Patio to anyone that loves Pupusas.
Very good food clean restaurant everything made from scratch fresh I like to order ahead since they make the pupusas on the spot
The popusas are tastey, authentic, and the food preparation was on time. The man that works there or owns the place has a really bad attitude, which was the only complaint. I was suprised at how blatantly rude he was acting, including his body language.
My favorite spot for pupusas here in Stockton. They need to spicy up there salsa though lol.
Place looks kind of run down but don't let that scare you away. Best papusas around
This is such a good spot for pupusas. I love to eat these, but I don't like cheese. Most pupusas always have cheese, so I was really excited to discover I can get bean and loroco pupusas here. So good!
Just wanted to mention that they close at 5pm on Saturdays, not 630. I didn't get the chance to taste food. But soon!
The popusas are so delicious, we don't live in Stockton but we drive down there because their food is really good. But during Covid we are to eat in our cars and we had the worst experience with some older man that was at the front counter, he was so rude when we asked for forks, he gave us 2 at first and then we went back in because we needed 2 more for my kids and he just handed them not to happy. He also made a rude comment when we asked for more napkins because we said we had little kids and we needed more than 3 napkins so he said "That's why you carry wet wipes for them. "
The pictures cannot explain how GOOD the food is here. You have to try it out to experience. You do have to order your food in advance (sucks) but its worth the wait. Customer service is excellent.. I can't believe i missed out all this time. I highly recommend it. Best salvadorian food ive ever had.
Best pupusas we've had in the area, coming from a Salvadorian family that means a lot!
Pupusas always on point, making it Best In The 209! A true cultural heritage asset of Stockton, CA!
Incredible food, the pupusas and plantains were so delicious and fresh. I was there with my colleague from Central America and she said the food was as authentic as it gets. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the restaurant was very clean. Highly recommend if you're in the area.
