This is a nice place to stay. The rooms are clean and equipped with full size fridge, microwave, and 2 burner stove. Even comes with disposable toothbrushes & toothpaste! My main reason for the review is because of the great customer service from the 3 young ladies working at the check in desk. Carla, Stephanie, & Esmerelda went above and beyond to get me some complimentary continental breakfast even though it had been over 4 hours ago. Thanks for the great customer service. Its the little things like that i appreciate, which will keep me coming back to stay here whenever I'm in the 209 area.
The GM is awesome she really caters to her guests and long term guests couldn't ask for a better place to call temporary home as a contractor
Carla, Esmeralda, Silvia at the front desk have been super helpful. All three ladies have great customer service and are extremely helpful. They have gone above and beyond to help us with extending our stay. Thank you ladies for making our stay easy and hassle free.
Well my experience with extended stay America was awesome the staff there was just marvelous they talk with you they will leave a check on you from time to time it’s nothing but great things that I say to the staff of extended stay America At 2844 W. March Lane Stockton, CA 95219 I was there for a year and a half I’ve never had a problem out of anyone everyone is just beautiful they all had the old personalities they were just great I love them I love them very muchAnd I will go and see them from time to time maybe even take them some lunch! God’s blessings 💫
Walked inside and was greeted right away. The lady at the front desk was kind. My room was really clean. I enjoyed my stay here.
