Thankful they had vacancy here on short notice. Very comfortable. The night perosn, very thankful of her. The guy in the morning, too much attitude. He needs to be a better people person.
I had a great stay at ** Extended Stay America Suites**, thanks to Janene at the front desk. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from check-in to checkout. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service truly made a difference. Janene is a real asset to this hotel!
Love the location. Out of thousand hotels I've checked in the past five years, this is the only hotel that let you go ask for shampoo at the front desk. Why???? No shampoo at the rooms, just soap. Think about inconvenience and impracticality. What is the management thinking??Other than that, it's good.
The room was decent and having a kitchenette was convenient, especially for longer stays. Staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful during check-in. On the downside, the place could use some updates and the hallways had a bit of an odd smell at times. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not the cleanest or quietest hotel I’ve stayed at.
Great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for an extended visit. What really stood out was how helpful and friendly the staff were—they went out of their way to make everything easy. Would definitely stay here again!
