We love this place!! Brilliant for the wine enthusiasts or new winos. It’s pet friendly! And they really do an amazing job of giving you top notch service while walking you through the tasting flight. Their blends are fab, the Sangiovese is delish, and the Syrah is chefs kiss. BEST STOP OF THE DAY! Troy made our experience so much fun. We really enjoyed seeing a "working winery" and learning about the process from start to finish. Very excited to come back for the July wine and food pairing and plan to attend a grape smash as well! It was our last stop of the day, we were tired and didn't plan on going in, but Troy waved us down and I am so glad he did. Never liked a red until Fields Family. Seriously- THE BEST STOP of the day! Can't recommend enough - Don't miss it!
Troy made our day in Lodi! We tried more than 8 wines and enjoyed the chat with him. The laidback wine tasting is much funnier than Napa’s.
First and foremost, Troy and Keely are amazing! Second of all the wine is top tier. We love Fields wine so much that we became members. We look for any excuse to pop open a bottle. Everyone we’ve shared Fields wine with instantly becomes a fan!
What an awesome experience. On a recent tour of Lodi vineyards, this place came up in every conversation with locals, wine industry folks, and friends. It did NOT disappoint. Do not judge a book by its cover, as their tasting room is not fancy. This is a bonus for me. I don't come wine tasting for fancy granite bar tops, I come for the wine. And the wine was stellar. I really liked that ability to choose my own 6 wines from their list, I feel like that added to the experience. There's a lot of good wine in this world. There's even less great wine. A few varietals here might even cross over to absolutely exceptional. Vicious Delicious, Tempranillo, and the Sangiovese were stand outs. Fred and Michael hosted us in a no-frills tasting experience that showcased the wine. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to taste wine in the Lodi region, and I'd definitely come back. Thanks!
