Fizz Bakery
Overview
Fizz Bakery is locally owned and operated and specializes in wedding cakes, birthday cakes, cake pops, pies, breads, pastries, and more! Beautiful custom decorated cakes are Fizz's specialty. If you have a vision they can bring it to life. This small bakery located just off of Thornton Road on the north side of Stockton is tucked away in the corner of a small shopping center. But even though it is a hidden gem, most locals know of the bakery and have used their services to create a hand crafted dessert for a special event.
As you walk into the shop you can take a peak inside the display cases and try to not order one of everything. The cupcakes and cookies are so hard to choose from with a large variety of flavors and options. Each hand crafted and displayed perfectly as you enter the store. Make sure to order an assortment to take home and share with the family, that way you can try a little from each one!
