Clean laundry room. Nice hot tub, pool not heated. 2nd time we’ve stayed here. However, we will not be back due to it being overrun with stray cats which it appears is encouraged by management as there is food set out for them by office. I am a pet owner, but having stray cats under and around my RV and car was not pleasant. Also, dog park is down a hill and is completely flooded in rain. I would not hold location of dog park against them, just a commit for those wanting an RV park with dog park. Man at front desk nice and helpful. Lady at front desk rather rude.
What a great place to stay overnight. We arrived without a reservation (in the off-season). The Security Guards guided us to a self registration board and to a great site. This place has paved roads, paved pads, red lava rock between sites to conserve water, and trees at nearly all of the sites. The pull through sites are good sized (approximately 50' x 25') and the utilities are in a great location relative to most campers and RV's (last 1/4 of the drivers side of the rig). No problems with water, electric, or sewer (though the sewer does come up out of the ground about 3" so you either need a slope device (slinky, sidewinder, etc) or to walk your sewer hose after draining. The restrooms were clean - showers with individual locking doors and a wheelchair accessible shower. No trash or messes left. The laundry was clean and priced very reasonable. The office has a little area for basic RV supplies and offers coffee, etc. The pool was clean and sparkling, but it was too cold to test out. If I need to stop in for a short or longer stay, this is one I would choose again.
Staff very friendly the night guard was very helpful. The staff was courteous. The park is clean. The sites are very nice. The ease of getting here from the freeway and closeness is great and pads are level. Definitely recommend if you’re going by.
We have stayed at Flag City RV Resort MANY times over the last 10 years. It's our "go to" spot for an overnight stay on our route between Southern California and Oregon. The sites are clean with full hookups and can fit our 34' RV with a tow attached. The staff has always been helpful and kind. We don't use the amenities so I can't speak to that but if you are looking for a good night's sleep with full hookups, this is your place.
From Fairfield, we usually get a late start and after traveling down that dismal CA-12, we usually hole up at Flag City to get our wits back. Staff has always been accommodating. Sites and restrooms are spacious. Sites are pull thrus. Shopping is only 4 mi or so down hwy 12. They take PP America which is great.
