Wonderful place for living noting compared with other. Koa or other places I loved these people to, office and maintenance
Excellent park at the more reasonable biweekly rate -- enjoy the heated pool and hot tub during winter, the daily trash pick up, gated entrance, restaurant/bar on property and friendly neighbors. We do not appreciate the put-offs and delays each time we inquire about staying longer, yet other campers can continue extending every 2 weeks. Should be one or the other.
We like this place. Staff are very nice. Camp grounds are kept clean and grass is mowed regularly. I only have one thing to say. There isn't enough cement for a patio at any sites. The sites are big enough. Other than that it's a great place to stay
Very nice park, level concrete sites with grass between. Wifi was adequate, nice pool, near Hwy 99 but quiet. A bit pricey for just an overnight, but if you want to stay a while it might be worth it.
Extremely pleasant place to stay. Very friendly people. The community of people are great, great place to walk your dog or or go walking
I wanted to love this place. The staff and long term residents are friendly and welcoming esp. towards my dogs; the paved sites are large with ample trees and generous grassy areas; there are unlimited WiFi tokens and the service is reliable; while the town of French Camp offers very little nearby Ripon has great grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The not so good things...Hwy 99 traffic noise unless you're situated quite far back in the park; the clothes dryers ate my quarters; showers are difficult to operate because the taps are very old; the guy cleaning the bathroom literally used a wet mop (no bucket in sight) to mop the floor starting in the toilet stalls and working his way through the entire bathroom and into each of the shower outer rooms spreading around who knows what. He then moved the chairs in front of the shower curtains most likely to indicate that that showers has been "cleaned". No actual cleaning of any of the showers, no disinfecting of any surfaces. It's 2022, we're on the tail end of a 3 year pandemic! Come on people, at least spray some Lysol around! There is a pool and a hot tub but, since a hot tub is a breeding ground for bacteria at the best of times, we gave it a hard pass. And the final straw, as we were packing up to leave (before the posted check out time) the next guy drove up behind us an hour before check in was due to start! Given that you have to be let through a gate to check in and enter the park, how about the staff telling him to wait nicely, not rushing us out of our site by blocking the camp road?
We spent just one night. The staff was unbelievable gracious, I don't know how they could be anymore helpful. Our site was great. We will surely be returning for another stay. I highly recommend this RV park.
This park was so clean and very well maintained. The bathrooms and showers were very clean. Beautiful place with lots of green grass and trees. We will definitely stay there again.
Great rv location located on acres of an old golf course. The rv spots are large and provide a decent amount of shade. There are many long term residence here! The facilities are awesome and include a laundry room. There is also a restaurant located on the property.
Excellent park at the more reasonable biweekly rate -- enjoy the pool in summer and hot tub during winter, the daily trash pick up, good grounds maintenance, dog run, gated entrance, helpful staff, restaurant/bar on property and friendly neighbors. Only negative is the laundry facilities-- equipment is consistently broken, sometimes machines take the quarters then don't work. Frequently, 3-4 of 10 dryers are down, and 3-4 of the 8 washers. Dryers are terrible, must pay for several cycles for each load. Also high price at $5/load to wash and dry. These issues cause it to be very busy and competitive.
The rules are ridiculous especially when u pay so much to stay there and they are prejudice and pick on certain people and give other people passes on certain rules it's not fair
This is a nice RV park. We didn't use the pool but it was ok. Note: there is no golf course any longer. Nice, clean bathrooms and showers, and it was quiet!
Spacious. Friendly, helpful staff. Has the potential to be a 5 🌟 park.
We stood here in early July hottest time of the year. We did use the AC and were happy to have that. The place is jammed packed with NO parking whatsoever for any guest. Seems likes most occupants are long term and take up all the guest parking. most long term or travelers around us were friendly. We had our guest park in the vacant site next to us that was empty and late & immediately had a knock on the door to move your car! But to where?? Sad to say the golf course when to pits with yellow unmaintained lawn but with beautiful trails if maintained.the trash was picked up each night when in front of your site Sad to say but @ night tons of stray kittens and cats come out digging for trash looking for food. Personally they should have them neutered and foster to loving homes. Store was pretty basic not much of a selection. never went to the bar area one was to far to walk and the virus has made it so distant for people to gather. Close to the delicato wineries which is nice and convenient. Property with lawn is nice by kids area. The dog area is nice & large but needs to be cleaned up for the fox tails which is dangerous to our fur babies . I only stood here because two miles from my dads house in Manteca & not much to choose from in the area
Nice place with night life. Nice staff clean camp site dog park. Love that it's dog friendly
Nice place. Very clean and well kept. Sites are spaced well and level. Staff was kind and courteous.
Nice, clean place. Super friendly staff & great dog area. Would definitely come back again.
Decent trailer park nothing made it stick out as better than any other park but also didn't have any complaints about anything there. staff was friendly and helpful too
We lived here about 4 months altogether over the last year and have stayed in 26 RV parks in Central California in the past 5 years. This park is hands down the cleanest and best kept park in Central California.
Wonderful lil RV Park in the Manteca, Stockton, Modesto area. Loosely followed 10 year rule for RV's. Perfect for if you are in the area for traveling work. Good group of full time residents as well. Even has its own lil restaurant.
I would give 10 stars if I could. My family and I were on our way to Yosemite for a 5 day camping trip when our truck ran into some issues in Stockton. It was about 9 on a Monday night and we needed to find a place to stay. We called every RV park around to try and get a spot and we had not luck, until we called French Camp RV Park. We called and spoke with Adam who went above and beyond to get us taken care of. My husband was able to fix the truck enough for us to get to the campground. Adam met us at the gate and made the now 11:00pm check in as smooth as ever. He even took us to our site and made sure we were all settled in. Thank you to everyone at French Camp!!!! You all have been amazing and so accommodating.
We love it here! We are full time in place until I retire. The hubs can work from the road. All we need is Wi-Fi.
I have been here a month, love all the greenery, trees, Peaceful intertwined with nature, quiet well maintained park no worries about trash or propane, friendly staff and the people in park awesome, bar restaurant before entrance, walking distance just living it.😊
Great secure RV park with green space all around it. There is also a resturant and bar. Stop in and see for yourself.
We enjoyed the location and amenities. The park has good security and is well maintained. Very nice associates. I thought we might hear highway traffic because it's just off of 99, but did not hear a thing! Awoke to beautiful birdsong in the morning. We noticed an odd thing: no rubbish bins. They only do pickups of trash at your location. Docked them 1star because sewer pipe is about 12inches above ground in space 172 where we stayed, which is higher than our RV tank outlet. The pipe did have a side opening stuffed with a rag but wasn't standard diameter so our connector didn't fit there. Meant we had to manually lift our black water hose tube to get stuff to flow down into their sewer and of course it got messy. Crummy start to our day. Why that sewer opening is not flush with ground, I don't know. 😢.
Best RV camp I found in a long time silver friendly clean just an all-around great place
Excellent place to stay, friendly neighborhood recreational areas really well kept, animal friendly, and shiny restrooms, worth every penny
It was so beautiful, peaceful, walk trail all the plants greenery, the little waterfalls made with rocks, stepping stones across the pond the red bridge walk over and look at all the beautiful coy fishes. So much to see.
The biggest dog park I have ever seen at an RV Resort. They have a really beautiful park, nice store, a hiking path. It was also conveniently located between I5 and HWY 99 yet extremely peaceful.
Had a trailer issue passing through and happened to luckily stumble upon French Camp RV Park while looking for a place to pull off to inspect. They let us park in their parking lot while we went hunting for parts then dry camp there overnight when we couldn't get any until the next day (all their regular spots were full.) They were amazing and let us use the amenities which includes a small playground and the pool which was a total lifesaver with a 5 and 8 year old travelling with us. Huge park, every spot of the (I think 190+) full but quiet, couldn't hear the interstate traffic and very clean. In the park noise was very quiet. Can't say enough nice things about this place and how lucky we were to end up breaking down right before their exit. We will absolutely stay here again when we pass through. Adam the security guard was super nice and extremely helpful. Thank you French Camp RV Park!
This was a great place to spend the night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We go back.
We like this place. Staff are very nice. Camp grounds are kept clean and grass is mowed regularly. I only have one thing to say. There isn't enough cement for a patio at any sites. The sites are big enough. Other than that it's a great ace to stay
