This is a nice, clean RV park. The office staff was very friendly. We left our windows open, and there was a lot of freeway noise. They advertise a cafe that has gone out of business and delivery services can't enter the park after 4 pm. The long-term residents seem very friendly.
Very pleasantly surprised. My first impression was the storage lot, which I mistook for the RV lots. Because of the heat, we ran our AC and had no noise from the highway. There is a nice small dog run and an even bigger one for large dogs, both with irrigated green grass. Very well maintained. Close to the highway but dont let that detour you.
French camp is nice. A little tight but not a problem getting in or out. Staff was nice and very quiet for being so close to the freeway
I've spent a couple of days at the rv park here and there. Customer service is friendly, maintenance is top-notch, It's clean and the spots spacious. Today, May 13th, 2024, I was trying to get information not available on the website, which redirects to calling office as to monthly rates. I was asked to hold and finally spoke to one of the customer service representatives. I was quoted $875 + Electric. However, she was unsure if there was availability. She proceeded to take my name and phone number for a call back, which would be within 30 minutes. I was super excited as I have been at this RV Park before and really liked it. As a previous property manager, I totally understand how busy an office can become, but after 3 hours and no call back, I though "maybe she forgot, right? I tried calling back, and my call went directly to voicemail. It didn't even provide the usual prompts. Hmmmm, the posted hours on the website are Monday - Sunday, 8 am to 6 pm, and it's 3:30 pm. I'll try again in a few. FOLLOW-UP: Got a call back early next morning, May 14, 2024. I was added to a waitlist for the month-to-month at $875 w water and sewer only. The "available spots" are biweekly for $740 = $1480 water/sewer/electric included. HUGE difference! I was told there are 5 people on the waitlist before me and will more than likely not show, rep added. It sounds and feels like a duck. We shall see.
