The patio was clean but I still used a wipe to clean off some sticky spots. The bugs at 6pm were so annoying while trying to eat ice cream outside. The store is small. Only takes a minute to look around. Only a couple of indoor seating. They offer free cold water which was very nice. The patio definitely needs more shade and maybe a pressure wash once in a while. So many kids dripping ice cream attract Ants. I was sitting at the patio for 2 hours and not once did any of the employees come out to wipe down the tables. Only one bathroom available inside. Dogs allowed on patio not inside store. My one banana split was $20 but it had a lot of Ghirardelli chocolate/fudge/cookies ect so it was worth it.

Very high prices for pretty mediocre ice cream I expected absolute decadence and flavor to die for but got average quality flavor so basically we paid high prices for what we can get anywhere. The appearance was top notch they make it really fancy looking but again the flavor was just average for the price it was disappointing. The staff is friendly and attentive and the atmosphere is great just expected more if I'm paying more
It was delicious. Creamy ice cream and the chocolate is just yummy! But it was almost noon and they didn't have any waffle bowls ready or chocolate covered strawberries, so that was disappointing. But we do love Ghirardelli Chocolates!
This place is amazing. The ice cream and chocolate are rich and creamy. And there are so many deals to be had as this is an outlet to get Ghirardelli at a massive discount. Stop off and enjoy this place. You won’t be disappointed!
