2nd week of 3 weeks of staying for work. Hotel is ok. Rooms are pretty good. Mini fridge is so small leftovers containers often don't fit.
Internet is so bad often the first night of each stay I couldn't watch YouTube. It got better over time but on the second week they had notices that they were "upgrading wifi" and I saw a Tech with dozens of wireless APs to install.
There are two elevators but only one worked. That elevator is so slow as it approaches a stop, like 10 seconds after the beep for the floor before the door opens. For a single trip it isn't great but when there is heavy usage and many stops you can see how frustrated people are.
I recently stayed the weekend here because I was doing back to back 12 work days and didn't want to drive back and forth from Sacramento. Angelica at the front desk was SO kind, super professional, and very helpful! Where the awful Hilton call center was frustrating and failed me, Angelica was the exact opposite. She assisted me in modifying my reservation to add an extra day and was fast and efficient with no issue. My room was spacious and clean, had a balcony to sit on, and was quite quiet and comfortable. Parking was included which feels like a real novelty these days and was very nice and it also included breakfast both days. Breakfast is a simple breakfast buffet but to have it included was really lovely.
My only complaint is the elevator situation. Out of the two elevators, only one was in service and that one was agonizingly slow. There were times where I had to wait almost 7 minutes just to get the elevator to come to me and being on the 5th floor it was difficult to find stairs to use instead of waiting. The staff also have to use that elevator so if you are there during the daytime, you can also be expected to wait extended times vbecause they are going from floor to floor doing housekeeping, stocking, etc. Which of course is NOT the staff's fault, but when it's the only elevator and it's taking forever, it can be frustrating for guests and I'm guessing staff alike.
Other than that, the staff in general was friendly and professional and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice cozy staff at this Hilton! Close to every amenity possible - from the gyms, shopping and eatery establishments. The staff made you feel safe and the property is well gated. The rooms were plentiful with toiletries and towels. Low noise through the hallways and the use if key cards wherever you go was well thought of. On-Site Starbucks. Sportsbar and Deli; ensured your stay was well deserved.
The staff are very friendly. The renovations are beautiful. The elevator was not working. The team was very accommodating. Jordan carried up ny suitcase. He has excellent customer service skills 10 stars. Very friendly, nice and always smiling. Farisha the manager goes above and beyond in ensuring guests are happy and satisfied. She is easy to talk to a great supervisor. The service staff are friendly in every dept. Would definitely stay here again. I stayed another night and was greeted by Brian another very friendly employee. Very kind and welcoming

In fairness, this was a celebration weekend for a festival with the people of Eritrea, so the hotel was full. Hilton needs to do a recite of their hotel and see if they want their brand name here. It reminded me more of a low-class Holiday Inn Express and not that of Hilton, but our choices were limited as we were with a wedding party. In addition the not 1 of 2 elevators worked all Saturday and Sunday.
Our room was 339, which touts a canal view at the end of the hall, when in fact the view was much more after the canal and more of a street view or partial view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. It was a good size. Our screen door was broken and access was limited. Upon checking in, there were about 20 people in line. The Hilton Honors line was being used the same as the main line. As Honors members, there was no separate line at check-in being honored, no upgrade offered, and no Wi-Fi offered. On the way to our room, we found construction dust piles outside along the hallway. They were there the entire 3-day weekend.
We did use the sports bar one night for drinks, which was nice, but charging the room for your drink seemed to be an inconvenience, with the bartender yelling out our room number and asking us to spell our—there’s two…l
The pool had a really nice outdoor area. The pool itself had green inside of it. The spa seemed ok.
Breakfast was that of a motel, with coffee that was old and stale. When I asked where I could get a high chair, an employee said she would get it for me. It took more than 20 minutes.
Starbucks had a limited menu and was good. Check-out was quick and kind.
P.S. We had 3 adjoining rooms. The bride had the suite at 337, and it was a lovely place for the girls to get their hair and makeup done. The bride in 337 and a family member in 336 both complained of lobby noise. We are frequent travelers who sleep with earplugs always.
