Lobby is under construction, but the rooms were nice. AC work. Bathrooms are clean. Customer service was good. Lots of parking plus Tesla connections.
We were moving with a U-Haul trailer, and the staff made everything so easy for us! They gave us a parking pass for an area right by one of the doors that was large enough to fit both our truck and trailer. The front desk is open 24 hours, which was especially helpful since we had to leave at 3 a.m. The night clerk was wonderful and even helped us as we were getting ready to leave. The staff also stored some of our belongings overnight so we didn’t have to worry about leaving everything in the truck and possibly having it broken into. The entire staff was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. 👏 They really went above and beyond for us, especially during a stressful move. We were so grateful!
Really enjoyed my stay at this Hilton hotel in Stockton. The value for the price was excellent, and the hotel felt clean, comfortable, and much higher quality than expected for the cost. The rooms were nice, the staff was friendly, and everything felt very convenient and well maintained. One thing I especially loved was the location right by Marshall’s and all the nearby shopping and restaurants. But the biggest bonus for me was the row of Tesla Superchargers right outside. As a Tesla owner, that convenience makes a huge difference. I was able to charge my car for around $10 while gas prices are pushing close to $6 a gallon. That alone made the stay even better. Overall, this hotel offers great affordability, comfort, and convenience all in one place. I would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Stockton.
This weekend was my 3rd stay and each time the service continues to impress me! Angelica at the front desk excels at customer service, is professional and friendly. I had dinner in the Canal St restaurant, their Waygu burger was unexpectedly so good! Breakfast was buffet style, with many hot and cold choices. There is also another young lady named Angelica serving during in breakfast, she is great! The room was better than the pictures. I prefer to stay on the canal side for a view and enjoy coffee on the balcony. I highly recommend Hilton Stockton if you are in town looking for a great hotel.
