Stayed here for one night and I was very amazed by the hotel’s lobby and room set up. It was very beautiful and I would definitely stay here again. The only complaints would be that our waters that came with the room were empty and when we tried to call the front desk, it was out of service. A little disappointing as there was no water in the gift shop either
The Hotel is in general outdated. The room was large and comfortable. Staff very friendly and supportive. Breakfastbuffet very poor.
Very nice hotel beds are very comfortable. Seeing that this is Stockton, they need to drop their prices a way too high. I live in Stockton, California. Basically all my life and no longer live here. I'm at a state. Best move I ever did was leave Stockton.This hotel needs to drop its prices
We really enjoyed our stay! Very nice hotel and the beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was also nice! Love that they have a 24 hour gym too. The only con I would say is the elevator is slow, other than that 5 stars.
We stayed 7 nights here as a family of 4. I have pretty high cleanliness standards when it comes to hotels and have stayed at more Hilton properties than I can remember.. our room was very clean upon arrival and everything was well appointed. The beds were some of the most comfortable hotel beds I have stayed in. The lobby areas, fitness center, and hallways always appeared to be well kept and clean. The main pool appeared to be well kept and clean, but as others have posted in their reviews, the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The pool deck area also looked like it had not been thoroughly cleaned in a year with food remnants and stains everywhere and on everything. This was a longer stay for us of 7 days and we found it unusual that there was no regular housekeeping services. At day 3 I submitted a request to the front desk to have housekeeping services completed in our room and it was no problem and completed quickly. We just asked for clean towels, toilet paper, etc. at the front desk when needed for the rest of the stay. The staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. The location is convenient to many food options. Stockton being Stockton, we heard gunshots on multiple nights but nothing we’re not used to around California.. it’s just one of those things you learn to accept when traveling to the area and obviously out of control of the hotel. Parking was plentiful and no break ins that we witnessed. We would stay here again when visiting the area.
