Room and service were great, but the area the hotel is located at is a bit sketchy. Not a knock on the hotel or staff, just not the best area.
Although I thought the hotel itself was nice, everyone was pleasant and breakfast buffet was reasonably good the rooms on the freeway side of the hotel (even numbered rooms) get way too much noise so we found it impossible to sleep. Better sound insulation is needed. If you stay there make sure you are on the other side (odd numbered room)
Very clean rooms, with lots of amenities. Staff was very professional, courteous and helpful. The breakfast that was provided was exactly what I was hoping for. I was very happy with my stay and experience at this location
While this is a smaller property, the customer service was great and everything was very clean. Didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or hot tub but was happy to know it was there. Only downside to that amenity is there's always wet footprints in front of and inside the elevators, which could be a slipping hazard if you're not paying attention. The room was very spacious, which was great. Also like that it's right next to a Dennys, just makes getting food easier. It worked for a quick one night stop while in the area. Bed was very comfortable but a bit high, which took some getting used to. If you're not careful, you can face plant into the wall if you forget how high from the floor you are when you first step down. Quiet area, too, and that's always appreciated.
I had a good stay. The receptionist was super helpful and accommodated us after a super long drive. Pros - spacious rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, and easy access to the laundry room. Cons - bathroom door in weird spot and won’t stay open, furniture outdated. Also PET owners warning - they only allow dogs and birds even though the website doesn’t specify restrictions (no cats). They need to update that on the IHG app if they are going to place restrictions because it just says pets allowed…
