Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The woman who takes care of there breakfast is amazing. Will definitely be back!
Great friendly service clean rooms in good breakfast and a nice pool and spa in exercise room
It is really easy to get to this hotel, one exit off the highway! But the location is a little sketchy, causing one to look over one's shoulders continuously. The hotel's amenities are just okay, decent sized rooms with comfortable beds, limited cable and breakfast in the morning. I wasn't a fan of the breakfast (orange juice tasted off and bread was definitely stale). The hotel staff is very courteous and friendly. If you need to be close to the Metro airport then it might be worth a stay!
The customer service is awesome. Ariel is the best. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms are quiet
Laundry room not maintained. Machines not kept maintained Machines are broken
Hotel was OK but the location is kind of bad. People arguing and yelling in the street outside my room until past midnight and closest businesses were a gas station and a few fast food restaurants. There appeared to be a few homeless people who had set up shop in the lot behind the gas station. Not the best atmosphere and certainly not a good vibe.
AMAZING HOTEL AND STAFF!!!! If you have to stay in Stockton I highly recommend Holiday Inn. The rooms are so clean, smells great and very comfy beds. The entire hotel is like spotless. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. They always have smiles on their faces when you see them. And they are very kid friendly. My kids love the entire staff and thas always a plus. Words really cant explain how awesome this hotel is. You just have to stay and see for yourself. Thank you Holiday Inn for everything!!!
Staff was very courteous and accommodating. Internet service was fast and easy to use. The hot breakfast was nice as they practiced all current COVID measures. All in all a great stay.
Excellent service, Andrei was super professional and friendly. The room, for 90, met expectations and exceeded a few. Location sucks but I doubt anyone is staying here for anything other than work.
Very nice and clean rooms. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again, and most likely will.
I had called in the afternoon in a panic to find a pet friendly room in anticipation of having to evacuate my home. Andrei had answered the day I called and was extremely helpful. He even offered to call at 10 pm to get an eta from me to see if I was on my way. When I got there Andrei was there and got me all set in a first floor room which was super helpful since I was juggling a toddler and 2 animals on my own. They let me extend on a day by day basis since I was unsure as to when I could go home. Will use them again if I ever have to evacuate again.
I would give it 5 stars but I think it's a little spendy for Stockton and with a limited breakfast. No way to toast a bagel or bread. The room was clean and comfortable.. staff was very friendly.
Place is very clean and very nice rooms they serve breakfast and have a very nice staff A+
Exceptional staff, my room was very clean, plenty of food options within walking distance. Would highly recommend this location.
This place is well worth whatever extra cost it might be above cheaper hotels you can find in downtown Stockton. This location is more secluded, quiet (didn’t even hear the highway), safe inside & out, easy to access, and has services nearby (gas, Starbucks, Denny’s, etc). The rooms were exceptionally clean, the grounds are fenced, the staff was super friendly and eager to help us with anything we needed, the beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. We didn’t try the pool or fitness center, but they looked lovely. Even during this Covid craziness, there was a generous breakfast with substantive options offered, on par with Hilton. Other cheaper hotels didn’t disclose that they had canceled breakfast, which was a major issue for us (as well as false advertising). Our experience on this trip flipped my loyalty to Holiday Inn over Wyndham.
