Stopped in for the live band and some wine. They had a couple food trucks onsite as well. We got lucky and were seated at a nice cozy table for the two of us. We were graced with a furry visitor 🐈⬛️ at our table who took a nap. The band and atmosphere was great. Chicken wings from one of the trucks was yummy. We ordered a bottle of their cab and it was full bodied.
What a fantastic spot to get away from the daily grind! We loved the relaxing vibe and personal attention from the staff. Nestled in the middle of vineyards and orchards, they offer a refreshing change to the larger, more commercial wineries. Although we were there in the early afternoon on a quiet Thursday, and we enjoyed the serene setting, they frequently feature live music and can get lively. Their wines are awesome and they have a great selection! It is a nice place to get away and enjoy nature and a glass of wine. Thanks guys, we will be back!
Christian was our server & he was fantastic! When he went to lunch Kara checked in on us & she was great too! I will say the bathroom situation was pretty bad & having a potty training toddler there made it a bit hard to get a place with a changing table... also some this was an "Easter" event there wasn't much for kids & my 18 year old daughter was hoping to grab a book from the blind date w/a book pop up but they weren't there. I get this is a winery, but being a Family-friendly & it being an Easter event I kinda expected a different outcome.
By far one of the nicest and friendliest wineries I have ever been to in California. Very knowledgeable team and beautiful grounds next time we're in the area we will definitely be coming back here. Thank you for making our trip memorable.
Capturing the heart of a old world winery, Jessie's speaks to the soul. A perfect place to enjoy a picnic and a glass of delicious wine. A comfort to the frenetic pace of highways and populous areas. Jessie's Grove takes one back to a gentler time when family sat down to gather with wine and the weeks harvest. In the garden, a beautiful dahlia collection with hay bales and pumpkins, great for a group photo. If I close my eyes, I imagined children playing in the grass and gardens as the older folks sat comfortably at shaded tables, a gentle breeze and the soft songs of the areas birds. A jewel in the Lodi valley❤️
