Residing in Waterloo, this seasonal pepper farm has an abundance of delicious chile varieties that will satisfy all spicy palates. Grown in their own fields, Joe’s Chile provides fresh, delicious peppers and will even fire roast them upon request for a small fee.

Some of their varieties include green & red peppers, Anaheim peppers, Italian sweet peppers, New Mexico peppers, jalapeños, and so many more of different shapes and sizes. Plus, they also offer tomatoes, grapes, figs, cherry tomatoes, squash, eggplant and other produce depending on their crop size.

Joe’s Chile is open Thursday through Sunday, 9am to 5pm from July through October. Stop in and stock up on peppers for your future fall/winter cooking plans before they’re out of stock!
