This authentic Hawaiian BBQ is a local favorite. Try their Kalua Pork & Lau Lau with Hawaiian style pulled pork and an authentic Hawaiian entrée made with pork, fish, and taro leaves served with rice and macaroni. You may also enjoy many of their chicken, beef, pork or seafood plates.
If you love fish the seafood platter comes with fried shrimp, fish fillet, and scallops. The Musubi is a fan favorite with a fresh scoop of rice with your choice of L & L signature meats, cooked with their scratch made BBQ sauce & wrapped with crispy seaweed.
If you have a large family they have party pack specials as well as catering if you are having an event and need a meal that your guests are sure to love.

Love eating the musubi's from here! Food is always freshly made and tastes amazing! The sesame chicken is another yummy dish to try! I have never had a bad experience here and would recommend this place over Hawaiian BBQ any day! Friendly staff and fast service!

Great Hawaiian BBQ. Portion is pretty large, so if you have a small appetite then you can eat two meals out of a single order. If you want any sauce then make sure to ask before leaving with the order.

Depending upon what day you go and what time you go depends upon the kind of service you get the food is generally good it's like Ono Hawaiian only a bit different a little cheaper than oh no Hawaiian and in most cases tastes better the atmosphere leave something to be desired I wouldn't stay in and eat I would take it out

😬 the one in Sacramento near florin road is newer (yes, kind of far) and it was AMAZING. The people here are nice, the food is pretty good but I’ll probably only go to the other one because the food was better. This location has a larger menu to select from though! Not disappointed but not quite for me. I was hoping to get the same meal as the other location but they didn’t have it listed. The soda machine was clean underneath which is a good sign! (I could see from my table) 😂

Anywhere around any of the corners you will be greeted by your local tweecker or drunk..or someone with mental health issues..there mostly harmless just be sure to always carry pepper spray,learn some kinda self-defense and be aware of your surroundings in any neighborhood state or country..thanks...:)

The place was busy. They had the standard Hawaiian dishes and then manager specials. I had 2 plate combos and paid a little over 20 dollars. There's enough dining space but we made our order for pick up.

So I'm not gonna lie...I haven't ate at an L&L BBQ place in years, but yesterday after work I had a sporadic taste for some chicken katsu! This location was conveniently located, the staff was nice and they actually had football playing on the tv while I waited for my order!! I will definitely be visiting more often.

Being someone born and raised in Hawaii there really aren't a lot of places out here in California that fulfill my plate lunch crave and although L&L isn't a place I would consider a great one it definitely hits the spot. They have exactly the same stuff you could order at any other L&L back home so I knew exactly what I wanted before I got there; chicken katsu mixed plate! So ono. Definitely got me feeling home sick the moment I entered with variety of canned Hawaiian sun juices to purchase too!

I can’t believe how delicious their Kalua pork is mmmmm it’s just like having soul food with the smoke sauce infused into every tasty bite. My kids really enjoy the rice with teriyaki sauce on it. Always made hot and fresh from a great staff.

There is so much selection which keeps me coming back! Everyone is friendly! I feel that the portions are ample and more than satisfying! The dining area is clean and spacious! You don't feel like sardines in a can of you want to dine in. You get your own drinks and sauces like sriracha. My favorite place to eat. I'm currently trying to eat healthier but I couldn't help it, I had to get a Spam Mitsubi. (I know I spelled it wrong.) This is the garlic shrimp salad. We will continue eating here as long they are open. Their staff are great as well. 👍

Usually prefer ordering the BBQ mix/chicken/ or BBQ beef with all rice and no macaroni. Pretty good portions for the meat, so plates are quite filling for less than $10. Overall, pretty good spot to get some grub.

Loco Moco here is best around . My son says he likes it better than Zippy's in Oahu . It's always grab and tasty . Portions are big and the macaroni salad is yummy . They offer comb plates and mini plates if your not so hungry . They also offer large amounts for families. A yummy place to eat . Never had a bad visit here .

As someone originally from Hawaii (and familiar with the L&L franchise), this is honestly one of the best plate lunch places in the area. Food tastes exactly like the stuff I grew up with and even though they can get busy, they do their best to make your visit as problem-free as possible.

For about $9 you can order the chicken katsu and the portions are so big that if you split the food in half you can basically feed two people. The food isn't anything fancy, and it's fried, it's probably not good for you, however for $9 it's really really good. Would highly recommend if you want some comfort food.

Ono and L&L are quite similar. I like L&L a bit better. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, Jessica! L&L is actually a Hawaiian institution whereas Ono evolved stateside. I ordered the soup with spam and also the barbecue combination plate. I really liked the soup. That's going to be a great treat for the rainy weather, whenever it gets here! I am not a spam freak but it went well with the soup. You can order the soup with several different types of meat. I think just the broth with noodles would be good. The broth was quite tasty. The barbecue combination was good. Plenty of meat! The meat could've been a little bit hotter/fresher but considering I was there 30 minutes before closing it's certainly understandable. The rib meat was a little bit on the stringy/tough side. As my side dish pI ordered all macaroni salad. I prefer Ono's macaroni salad over L&L's. Maybe it has more tuna? These guys are clean freaks. Two employees cleaning while I was there. The place was pretty spotless. I know I will be back to try other menu items!
