Maharaja was fantastic! The food was incredibly tasty—full of rich, authentic flavors. We especially loved the butter chicken and garlic naan. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to. Highly recommend!
Food was very delicious. I ordered a tray of Tandoori chicken and a tray of fish pakora and they were hot and ready in about 35 min. I thought it would be too short notice for that big an order as I was feeding a crowd but it was ready and for the price of about $170 it was enough to feed over 12 people and everybody was very full and saying how good the food was especially the tandoori chicken. Will definitely be back
New to the area and we (me and my husband) was looking for an Indian restaurant since we craved for it. Glad that we found this place which offers lunch buffet. Restaurant was neat, service staff were attentive and quick. We were offered water and garlic naan (which is fresh and so good) right away. Food was tasty and delicious 8/10. Food options are limited (my opinion) however; if I think about it.. it’s just a reasonable for the 19.99$. Will we ever come back to this restaurant? Yes. Do I recommend it? Yes.
Maharaja is my favorite spot for Indian food in Stockton. The food is consistently very flavorful. I love to order the Korma and the Baingan Bartha. The atmosphere is always calm with great music playing. The service is also on point. Everyone who works here is very kind and honest. Once, I forgot my cellphone when I was dining in. I couldn't come back for it until the following day. They kept it safe for me & even charged it :) This place is so great!
The music is always fun to listen to in here. I've been wanting to try the garlic naan and we are big fans of chicken curry so we got some of that too with a side of rice. Oh how delicious the curry was. I love Cilantro and it just was a party of flavors! Was super delicious. Ordered mild even though was still a bit spicy I feel that was the most enjoyment from it. Sooooo good!!!!
