I recommend Maharaja Indian Cuisine, excellent staff, excellent owner, excellent atmosphere inside the restaurant. I also enjoyed how tidy and cleaning the bathrooms, the utensils, plates, tablecloths, tables, and chairs. The Indian food is very delicious, I loved the buffet and I recommend it, the price is affordable, the food is very prepared and clean with nothing to complain about. I invite all the other people, you are one of the people who has never tasted Indian gastronomy, come in person and witness the restaurant in perfect condition, the bathroom very clean, the work staff very friendly, helpful and without Without a doubt, the food is tasty, delicious, the meat is soft, the rice is also soft and delicious, the salad is fresh, organic, very green and in perfect condition. The enselada is very decorated and in a 5-star style. I am originally from Mexico, I really recommend it, the Maharaja Indian Cuisine restaurant!

The food is very good. However, the waiter taking order needs to understand english speaking customer who say they dont want 🔥 spicy food. They offer no spice but the waiter doesnt listen. The resturant is clean and take out orders are securely wrapped. The mango lassi is excellent!

We loved Maharaja! We’re traveling on a work trip and pulled off on the way from Sacramento to Modesto. It was easy to get to with a great parking lot. The food was delicious! Everything was incredibly satisfying with good-sized portions. We had a lamb curry, butter chicken, saag paneer, and mixed vegetable korma. We all had different favorites. Service was simple and fairly quick. With my expectations set for Indian fare in Stockton, California, this place definitely delivered a great experience.

We got butter chicken, lamb karahi, tandori combination and naan sampler. We've got kinda high standards for good indian cuisine as it's one of our favorites. The curries were pretty solid. Not our fav but nothing to complain about. The tandoori was incredible. Favor and texture was just unreal, dare I say the best I've had.

The food, comprising the usual north Indian standards, was delicious and plentiful. Five stars, really. But the place is oriented more toward take out than dining. The surroundings, while clean and well-kept, are somewhat more spartan than I find comfortable for a nice meal.

I just want to give Maharaja a huge shout out. I am a DoorDasher, and had an order for pick-up here. I myself have never tried Indian food so the young man working the front was just absolutely so kind actually everyone greeted me as soon as I walked in. While waiting on my pickup order I mentioned I had never tried Indian food before and asked what would be recommend for a chicken dish… and the young man helping me went into the back and made me a Togo meal for myself to try at no charge. I was so touched and moved by how absolutely friendly everyone was. This has made my day feel so special and I will remember this forever. And the food is amazing I will be sharing this experience with many people and will be coming back to give service to amazing people with outstanding customer service. Thank you to all of you 🧡

Very very good. My leftovers from Yesterday also sat very well. I had 6 plates 3 boxes of rice and 4 nans for $69. Pretty good for 5 people. Love your samosa! Next time I’ll Be ordering more spicy ! The mild wasn’t enough spice.

The butter chicken and Tikka masala is so delicious. I love that they ask the customers how spicy they want it to be and you can tell the restaurant doesn't cut corners on the spices here. You can tell it in the taste. Also we tried the lamb chops yesterday. It was Delish and very tender. Cooked on a cast iron. The service is great and the food is delightful. We can't wait for them to bring back the buffet.

I’ve done Take out only order ahead because it does take time. I’ve tried plenty of the menu and would recommend. 7/18 of this year I used Postmates for pick up. Immediately after submitting my order I got a confirmation text it was being prepared. The next minute it said it was ready for pick up. I went came home ate. This was the only food I had ate all day. An hour hour and a half later I experienced sever symptoms of food poisoning. My doctor even diagnosed with food poisoning. Notified Postmates for a refund. As you can see from the beginning of my post I’ve always been happy with their food. Im very disappointed that I will not be going back. Please if an order is not picked up please don’t give it to the next customer.

I've always had good experiences and awesome good from Maharaja. It's fresh and portions are generous. Sauces aren't watered down. The naan is really very good, along with the butter chicken and malai kofta. I'm from the Bay Area so I've had a lot of good Indian food, this place could compete there, in my opinion.

good decent food. it has all kinds of meat like fish, goat & chicken. You get a variety of food cooked with tasty flavors of their own cooking style. Price of the buffet increased, which is sad. I wish the serving sizes were larger portions.
