I had the most incredible experience at Nothing Bundt Cakes that I’ll never forget. I arrived with my daughters just after closing time for a teacher appreciation mini cake, not realizing the store closes at 6pm. As I was about to turn away, the owner kindly opened the door with a warm smile, greeted us, and asked us what we needed. . Not only did he allow us to place our order, but he also insisted on giving us the cake for free. It was such an unexpected act of kindness and generosity. We recently visited Nothing Bundt Cakes, and as always, it was a fantastic experience. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the delicious aroma of freshly baked cakes and a display case filled with a variety of flavors, each looking absolutely irresistible. I was specifically looking for the Oreo Bundt cake, and I was thrilled to find it in stock! This cake was everything I hoped for and more. The texture was incredibly moist and soft, with just the right amount of density to make each bite satisfying without being heavy. The Oreo flavor was rich and authentic, perfectly infused into the cake itself rather than just sprinkled on top. Beyond the cake itself, the overall experience was top-notch. The staff was friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome as soon as I stepped in. They were more than happy to answer my questions and even suggested a few other flavors to try in the future. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made the visit even more enjoyable. What I love about Nothing Bundt Cakes is their consistency. I spoke with Molly about placing an order online today. She was able to answer all of my questions patienly. I did run through some trouble through the app and I called her back multiple times and she did a whole walkthrough with me and I was able to place it my order on the website. She also called me back to confirm and made sure that I had my order correctly. She has excellent customer service, very friendly and welcoming. Also very patient. Thank you very much for helping me Molly. I usually come to this location when I stop into town for a special occasion.And they always have great customer service. I highly recommend it.
The Lincoln Center Nothing Bundt Cakes is an excellent location! I always order my cake online, choose a pick up time, and then head in when it is convenient for me. I like that every time I arrive, I know what to expect and am helped by friendly staff! To avoid longer lines and ensure good parking, I make sure to pick off-peak hours for my pick up time. The cakes are always cooked perfectly and decorated with the amount of frosting that I specify in my order. Their flavors are wonderful and consistent! The seasonal flavors are fun and always worth a try! I will definitely continue to order from this Nothing Bundt Cakes location!
